अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न राष्ट्र बैंकले आज २० अर्ब रुपैयाँ तान्दै नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा देखिएको अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न आज पुनः २० अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको रकम तान्ने भएको छ। केन्द्रीय बैंकले निक्षेप संकलन उपकरण प्रयोग गर्दै उक्त रकम बैंकिङ प्रणालीबाट बाहिर ल्याउन लागेको हो। राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार आज दिउँसो २ बजे निक्षेप संकलनका लागि बोलकबोल प्रक्रिया सञ्चालन गरिनेछ। बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले तोकिएको समयभित्र ब्याजदर प्रस्तावसहित बोलकबोलमा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। निक्षेप दिन इच्छुक बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले न्यूनतम १० करोड रुपैयाँ र अधिकतम आह्वान गरिएको कुल रकमसम्म, ५ करोड रुपैयाँले भाग गर्दा निःशेष भाग जाने गरी बोलकबोल गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। यसले बोलकबोल प्रक्रियालाई व्यवस्थित र प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बनाउने राष्ट्र बैंकको अपेक्षा छ।Nepal Rastra Bank to Absorb Rs 20 Billion to Manage Excess Liquidity Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is set to withdraw Rs 20 billion from the banking system on Sunday as part of its ongoing efforts to manage excess liquidity. The central bank will use its deposit collection instrument to absorb surplus funds currently circulating within the financial system. According to NRB, the bidding process for the deposit collection will take place at 2:00 PM. Commercial banks as well as development and finance companies will be able to participate in the auction by submitting interest rate bids within the specified timeframe.

The National Planning Commission (NPC) has initiated the process by calling on provincial and local governments to submit project and program proposals to be implemented under federal matching and special grant schemes. According to the NPC, provinces and local governments seeking federal matching and special grants must submit their proposals by the end of mid-January. नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले धितोपत्र दर्ता तथा निष्कासन नियमावली, २०७३ संशोधन गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको छ। संशोधनका प्रस्तावहरू छलफलका लागि सञ्चालक समितिमा पेस गरिने तयारी भइरहेको छ। प्रस्तावित संशोधनमा क्षेत्रगत रूपमा फरक–फरक निष्कासन मापदण्ड लागू गर्ने, जलविद्युत कम्पनीका लागि उत्पादन सुरु भएपछि मात्र निष्कासन अनुमति दिने, न्यून नेटवर्थ भएका कम्पनीसम्बन्धी व्यवस्था स्पष्ट गर्ने तथा संस्थापक शेयरको लक–इन अवधि चरणबद्ध रूपमा खुला गर्ने व्यवस्था समावेश छन्। साथै बुक बिल्डिङ र प्रिमियम मूल्यमा हुने शेयर निष्कासनसम्बन्धी नियमहरू परिमार्जन गरिनेछ। यद्यपि, अघिल्ला उदाहरणका आधारमा नियमावली स्वीकृत भई कार्यान्वयनमा आउन अझै लामो समय लाग्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ।The Securities Board of Nepal has initiated the process to amend the Securities Registration and Issuance Regulation, 2073, with proposed changes set to be discussed at the board level. भ्रष्टाचारविरुद्ध शून्य सहनशीलतामा नेपाल प्रतिबद्ध कतारको राजधानी दोहामा जारी संयुक्त राष्ट्रसङ्घीय भ्रष्टाचारविरुद्धको महासन्धि (UNCAC) का पक्षराष्ट्रहरूको ११औँ सम्मेलनमा नेपालले भ्रष्टाचारविरुद्ध शून्य सहनशीलताको नीति अवलम्बन गर्दै आएको स्पष्ट गरेको छ। सम्मेलनमा नेपालले कानुनी, प्रशासनिक तथा संस्थागत सुधारलाई तीव्र रूपमा कार्यान्वयन गरिरहेको जानकारी दिँदै सुशासन प्रवर्द्धनमा आफ्नो प्रतिबद्धता दोहोर्याएको हो। सम्मेलनमा नेपाली प्रतिनिधिमण्डलको नेतृत्व गर्दै प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद् कार्यालयका सचिव गोविन्दबहादुर कार्कीले सुशासन र पारदर्शितालाई केन्द्रमा राखेर हाल नेपालमा अन्तरिम सरकार गठन गरिएको उल्लेख गरे। उनले वर्तमान सरकार भ्रष्टाचार नियन्त्रण र सार्वजनिक प्रशासन सुधारका विषयमा दृढतापूर्वक अघि बढिरहेको बताए। उनका अनुसार शासन प्रणालीलाई प्रभावकारी बनाउन नीति, संरचना र कार्यान्वयन तीनै तहमा सुधारलाई प्राथमिकता दिइएको छ।Nepal Reaffirms Zero-Tolerance Policy Against Corruption at UN Conference Nepal has reaffirmed its firm commitment to a zero-tolerance policy against corruption, stating that legal, administrative, and institutional reforms are being actively implemented to strengthen good governance.
