पिपुल्स हाइड्रोपावरको साधारण सभा पुस २३ गते, हकप्रद सेयर सम्बन्धी प्रस्ताव छलफलमा काठमाडौं । पिपुल्स हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (PHCL) ले आफ्नो १८औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा पुस २३ गते आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ । साधारण सभा काठमाडौंको बुद्धनगरस्थित क्वालिटी ब्याङ्क्वेटमा बिहान ११ बजेदेखि सुरु हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ । साधारण सभामा कम्पनीको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन पारित गर्ने, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब, वित्तीय विवरण तथा नगद प्रवाह विवरण स्वीकृत गर्ने एजेन्डा रहेका छन् । साथै, आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा पेश गरिनेछ । यसका अतिरिक्त, साधारण सभामा १ः१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गर्ने सम्बन्धी प्रस्ताव छलफलका लागि प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ । कम्पनीले पूँजी संरचना सुदृढ गर्न हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने विषयमा शेयरधनीसँग छलफल गर्न लागेको हो ।Peoples Hydropower to Hold 18th AGM on January 7, Right Share Agenda on the Table Kathmandu — Peoples Hydropower Company Limited (PHCL) has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on January 7 (Poush 23, 2082). The meeting will take place at Kwality Banquet in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM. The AGM will consider and approve the company’s annual report and endorse the auditor’s report for fiscal year 2021/22 (FY 2081/82), including the profit and loss statement, financial statements, and cash flow statement. The meeting will also appoint an auditor and determine remuneration for the fiscal year 2022/23 (FY 2082/83). Other general business matters will also be discussed during the AGM.
