बेनि हाइड्रोपावर परियोजनाको आईपीओ प्रस्ताव सेबोनबाट स्वीकृत सेबोन ले बेनि हाइड्रोपावर प्रोजेक्ट लिमिटेडको प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव (आईपीओ) स्वीकृत गरेको छ। यो प्रस्ताव माघ २९, २०८२ मा स्वीकृत भएको हो। स्वीकृत प्रस्तावअनुसार, कम्पनीले २०.८० लाख युनिट शेयर जनतामा जारी गर्नेछ। प्रत्येक शेयरको मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ निर्धारण गरिएको छ। यस सार्वजनिक प्रस्तावको व्यवस्थापनका लागि एनएमबी क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई इश्यू म्यानेजरको रूपमा नियुक्त गरिएको छ।IPO Proposal of Beni Hydropower Project Approved by SEBON The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted approval to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) proposal of Beni Hydropower Project Limited. The approval was granted on Magh 29, 2082. According to the approved proposal, the company will issue a total of 2.08 million unit shares to the general public. The shares will be offered at a par value of Rs. 100 per unit. NMB Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the public offering. ICRA Nepal has upgraded the issuer rating of Beni Hydropower Project Limited (BEPL/the company) to [ICRANP-IR] BB+ (pronounced ICRA NP Issuer Rating Double B Plus) from [ICRNAP-IR] BB (pronounced ICRA NP Issuer Rating Double B). Issuers with this rating are considered to have a moderate risk of default regarding timely servicing of financial obligations.
