The company has also noted that an official public notice regarding this dividend declaration will be published in a national daily newspaper on Bhadra 16 for general investors.

NOC Executive Director Nagendra Sah confirmed that fuel will now be transported to Kathmandu via Hetauda. Since the Amlekhgunj depot remains adequately supplied through direct pipelines from India, the NOC has guaranteed that there will be no scarcity of fuel or LPG in the capital.

प्रस्तावित लाभांशलाई अर्थ मन्त्रालय र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले स्वीकृति दिनुपर्नेछ। नियामक निकायको स्वीकृतिपश्चात् बैंकको आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले पारित गरेपछि मात्रै लगानीकर्ताले उक्त लाभांश प्राप्त गर्नेछन्।Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has proposed a dividend distribution for its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year. The bank has announced a cash dividend of 5.2632% (including tax) based on its current paid-up capital.

The decision was made during the bank's Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 14.

The proposed return is subject to regulatory approval from the Ministry of Finance and Nepal Rastra Bank. Shareholders will receive the payout only after it is officially endorsed by the bank's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
