सगर डिष्टिलरीको आईपीओ बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न, भाग्यमानी १ लाख १९ हजार ६४ जनाले पाए १०/१० कित्ता सगर डिष्टिलरी लिमिटेडको आईपीओ बाँडफाँट आज इश्यू म्यानेजर मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नक्साल, काठमाडौंमा सम्पन्न भएको छ। कम्पनीले भदौ ३० देखि असोज ५ गतेसम्म सर्वसाधारणका लागि ११ लाख ९० हजार ६४० कित्ता शेयर सार्वजनिक निष्काशन गरेको थियो। कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी ७२ करोड ६० लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको छ, जसको २० प्रतिशत अर्थात १४ लाख ५२ हजार कित्ता (१४ करोड ५२ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबर) सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरिएको हो। यस मध्ये १० प्रतिशत अर्थात १ लाख ४५ हजार २०० कित्ता विदेशमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि, ३ प्रतिशत अर्थात ४३ हजार ५६० कित्ता कम्पनीका कर्मचारीका लागि, र ५ प्रतिशत अर्थात ७२ हजार ६०० कित्ता म्युचुअल फन्डका लागि छुट्याइएको थियो। बाँकी ११ लाख ९० हजार ६४० कित्ता शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरिएको थियो।Sagar Distillery IPO Allotment Concludes: 1,19,064 Applicants Receive 10 Units Each The IPO allotment of Sagar Distillery Limited (SDL) was completed today at the premises of the issue manager, Muktinath Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu. The company had issued 11,90,640 units of shares to the general public from Bhadra 30 to Ashwin 5, 2082. Sagar Distillery’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 72.60 crores, of which 20% (14,52,000 unit shares worth Rs. 14.52 crores) was allocated for public issuance. Out of this, 10% (1,45,200 units) were set aside for Nepali citizens working abroad, 3% (43,560 units) for employees, and 5% (72,600 units) for mutual funds. The remaining 11,90,640 units were available to the general public.
