सागर डिष्टिलरी लिमिटेडको सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्कासन गरिएको आईपीओ सेयर शुक्रबार बिहान बाँडफाँट हुने भएको छ। बिक्री प्रबन्धक मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटलले गोलाप्रथाबाट बाँडफाँट प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न गर्ने तयारी गरेको हो। यो आईपीओमा अन्तिम दिनसम्म २३ लाख ५२ हजार ४९३ जनाले आवेदन दिएका थिए। कुल माग २ करोड ६५ लाख १ हजार १५० कित्ता पुगेको थियो, जसको मूल्य २ अर्ब ६५ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी हुन्छ। तर, उपलब्ध सेयर सीमित भएकाले १ लाख १९ हजार ६४ जनाले मात्रै १० कित्ताका दरले सेयर हात पार्नेछन्।Sagarmatha Distillery Limited is set to allot its Initial Public Offering (IPO) shares on Friday morning. The allotment will be conducted by the issue manager, Muktinath Capital, through a lottery system due to oversubscription. By the closing day, the IPO had attracted 2,352,493 applicants, seeking a total of 26.5 million shares worth more than NPR 2.65 billion. However, since the demand far exceeded the supply, only 119,064 applicants will be lucky enough to receive 10 shares each.

शेयर बजार फेरि दबाबमा काठमाडौं । जेनजी आन्दोलनपछि केही दिन आंशिक सुधार देखिएको शेयर बजार बुधबार पुनः दबाबमा परेको छ। मंगलबारसम्म १७० अंकको सुधार गर्दै लगानीकर्तामा आशा जगाएको नेप्से परिसूचक बुधबार भने २७.८९ अंकले घटेर २६५४.३५ बिन्दुमा झ¥यो। यस दिन कारोबार रकम पनि घट्यो। मंगलबार ५ अर्ब रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको कारोबार भएको बजारमा बुधबार ४ अर्ब १२ करोड रुपैयाँबराबरको मात्र किनबेच भयो। विश्लेषकहरूका अनुसार नाफा सुरक्षित गर्ने प्रवृत्ति र दशैं खर्च व्यवस्थापनका कारण बजारमा बिक्रीको चाप बढेको हो।Stock Market Under Pressure Again After showing some recovery in the last two trading days following the Gen-Z protests, Nepal’s stock market once again came under pressure on Wednesday. According to its latest report, the world economy, which grew by 3.3% in 2024, is expected to slow down to 3.2% in 2025 and further fall to 2.9% in 2026. The OECD highlighted several key reasons behind this slowdown, including the end of advanced trade supply mechanisms, rising tariffs, and policy uncertainty, all of which have weakened investment and international trade. Despite the weak long-term outlook, some emerging economies showed stronger-than-expected performance in the first half of 2025. This was mainly due to businesses accelerating shipments before tariff hikes, leading to a temporary boost in production and trade.

According to data from the Department of Customs, Nepal enjoyed positive trade balances with about a dozen countries out of 126 trading partners. The largest surplus came from Germany. Imports from Germany amounted to Rs. 7.16 billion, while exports surged to Rs. 8.72 billion, leaving Nepal with a surplus of more than Rs. 1.56 billion. भारतसँग मात्र १ खर्ब ३५ अर्ब घाटा : आयातमा निर्भरता झन् बढ्यो काठमाडौं । चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पहिलो दुई महिनामा नेपालले भारतसँगको व्यापारमा मात्रै १ खर्ब ३५ अर्ब रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी घाटा व्यहोरेको छ। भन्सार विभागका अनुसार यस अवधिमा भारतबाट १ खर्ब ७३ अर्ब ५४ करोड रुपैयाँको सामान आयात गरिएको छ भने निर्यात भने ३८ अर्ब ३५ करोड रुपैयाँमा सीमित रह्यो। भारतसँगको व्यापारिक सम्बन्ध परम्परागत रूपमा घनिष्ठ भए पनि नेपाल लगातार आयात–निर्भर बन्दै गएको तथ्याङ्कले देखाउँछ। पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ, गाडी, खाद्यान्न, औषधि, लत्ता कपडा लगायतका वस्तुमा भारत मुख्य आपूर्तिकर्ता बनेको छ। यता, नेपालले भारततर्फ प्रमुख रूपमा सोयाबिन तेल, चिया, अदुवा, मसला र कर्पेट निर्यात गरेको छ। तर निर्यात वृद्धिको गति आयात वृद्धिको तुलनामा न्यून रहँदा कुल घाटा अझै बढेको छ। विशेषज्ञहरूको भनाइमा, भारतसँगको व्यापार घाटा घटाउन नेपालले आयात प्रतिस्थापन गर्ने उत्पादनमा लगानी, निर्यात विविधीकरण र गुणस्तरीय उत्पादनमार्फत भारतीय बजारमा प्रवेश बढाउनुपर्ने आवश्यकता छ। नत्र, भारतसँगको निर्भरता अझ बढ्दै जाने र विदेशी मुद्रा सञ्चितिमा थप दबाब पर्न सक्ने चेतावनी उनीहरूले दिएका छन्।Trade Deficit with India Crosses Rs. 135 Billion: Import Dependence Deepens Kathmandu – In the first two months of the current fiscal year 2082/83, Nepal recorded a massive trade deficit of more than Rs. 135 billion with India alone.
