काबेली इनर्जी कम्पनी लिमिटेडद्वारा संस्थापक शेयर खुल्ला, प्रभावित क्षेत्रका जनताका लागि विशेष सुविधा काबेली इनर्जी कम्पनी लिमिटेडले एक अर्ब पाँच करोड रूपैयाँ बराबरको संस्थापक शेयर खुल्ला गरेको छ। कम्पनीले शुक्रबार फुङलिङ बजारमा आयोजित पत्रकार सम्मेलनमार्फत संस्थापक शेयर निष्कासनबारे औपचारिक जानकारी गराएको हो। कम्पनीले आयोजना प्रभावित जिल्ला ताप्लेजुङ र पाँचथरका लाभग्राहीका लागि न्यूनतम १० हजार रूपैयाँ बराबरको शेयर लगानीको व्यवस्था गरेको छ। जबकि यी दुई जिल्लाबाहेक अन्य जिल्लाका सर्वसाधारणका लागि न्यूनतम शेयर मूल्य एक लाख रूपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। कम्पनीका अनुसार आवश्यक पूँजी सङ्कलन भएसँगै संस्थापक शेयर भर्ने प्रक्रिया बन्द गरिनेछ।Kabeli Energy Company Limited Opens Founder Shares, Special Provision for Project-Affected Areas Kabeli Energy Company Limited has officially opened founder shares worth NPR 1.05 billion. The announcement was made on Friday during a press conference organized in Phungling Bazaar, where the company briefed media representatives about the founder share issuance. According to the company, beneficiaries from the project-affected districts—Taplejung and Panchthar—will be able to invest a minimum of NPR 10,000 in founder shares. For investors from other districts, the minimum investment amount has been set at NPR 100,000. The company stated that the share issuance will close once the required capital target of NPR 1.05 billion is fully collected. Kabeli Energy clarified that the lower minimum investment requirement for Taplejung and Panchthar residents has been introduced to ensure that people directly affected by the project can participate in share ownership with ease.
