रिलायन्स फाइनान्सले बाकी लाभांश लिन शेयरधनीलाई एक महिनाभित्र सम्पर्क गर्न आग्रह, अन्यथा रकम लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोषमा जाने रिलायन्स फाइनान्स लिमिटेडले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७४/७५ र २०७५/७६ का बाँकी रहेको नगद लाभांश लिन नसकेका शेयरधनीलाई एक महिने अवधि भित्र सम्पर्क गर्न अत्यन्त आवश्यक सूचना जारी गरेको छ। कम्पनीले २०८२ मंसिर ९ गते प्रकाशित सूचनामार्फत ती लाभांश रकम अब लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोषमा जम्मा गर्नुपर्ने कानुनी प्रावधान लागु हुने भएकाले तत्काल प्रक्रिया पूरा गर्न आग्रह गरेको हो। कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३ को दफा १८३ बमोजिम लगानीकर्ता संरक्षण कोष स्थापना भइसकेको तथा उक्त कोषको २०७३ को कार्यविधि समेत लागू भइसकेकाले दफा १८२(९) अनुसार पुराना बाँकी लाभांश कोषमा जम्मा गर्ने बाध्यतामा फाइनान्स पुगेको हो। सोही अनुसार जोखिममा परेको रकम लगानीकर्ताले गुमाउन नपरोस् भन्ने उद्देश्यले कम्पनीले शेयरधनीलाई अन्तिम मौका दिएको स्पष्ट गरेको छ।Reliance Finance Urges Shareholders to Claim Uncollected Dividends Within One Month, or Amount Will Be Deposited into Investor Protection Fund Reliance Finance Limited has issued an urgent notice requesting shareholders with unclaimed cash dividends from previous fiscal years to contact the company within one month. नेपाल एसबीआई बैंक : ९ प्रतिशत लाभांश घोषणा, ४% बोनस र ५% नगद वितरण नेपाल एसबीआई बैंकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि शेयरधनीलाई कुल ९ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। सोमबार बसेको बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले लाभांश सम्बन्धी प्रस्तावलाई अघि बढाउने निर्णय गरेको बैंकले जानकारी दिएको छ। सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयअनुसार वितरणयोग्य मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई हाल कायम रहेको १० अर्ब ८९ करोड ९१ लाख ५८ हजार ६८ रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीको आधारमा ४ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) प्रदान गरिनेछ। यसकाे पुष्टि बैंकका सचिव खगेश्वर भट्टले गरेका छन्। लाभांश वितरणकाे प्रस्ताव नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरेपछि आगामी ३२औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट अनुमोदन गरिने बैंकले जनाएको छ। साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपछि लाभांश शेयरधनीहरूको खातामा वितरण गरिनेछ। नेपाल एसबीआई बैंकले पछिल्ला वर्षहरूमा स्थिर लाभांश वितरण गर्दै आएको छ, जसले बैंकको वित्तीय व्यवस्थापन र लगानीकर्ताप्रति विश्वसनीयता प्रतिबिम्बित गर्दछ।Nepal SBI Bank Announces 9% Dividend for FY 2081/82, Including 4% Bonus Shares Nepal SBI Bank has announced a 9% dividend for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made during the board of directors’ meeting held on Monday, in which the proposed dividend distribution was finalized. According to Company Secretary Khageshwar Bhatt, the bank will distribute the dividend based on the current paid-up capital of Rs 10.89 billion. The proposed distribution includes 4% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend, inclusive of tax. The cash component will be credited directly to shareholders’ accounts after approval.

Nepal Rastra Bank had declared Karnali Development Bank a troubled financial institution on Poush 10, 2081, citing severe financial and operational weaknesses. The department conducted surprise inspections in various locations of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur and imposed fines on businesses found operating outside legal standards. According to the department, Halesi Mart Pvt. Ltd. located in Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur, has been fined Rs 200,000, whereas Om Shivashakti Ceramic Pvt. Ltd., also in the same area, has been fined Rs 50,000. These firms were penalized under Sections 16 and 38 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2075, and action was taken according to Section 39(1) of the same Act.

Once the new directive is implemented, the existing Margin Trading Directive, 2074 will be formally repealed.
