रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ मिल्सको शेयर बुक–बिल्डिङ प्रक्रियाबारे छानबिन समिति गठन काठमाडौं । रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ मिल्स लिमिटेडको शेयर बुक–बिल्डिङ प्रक्रियाबाट निष्कासन गर्ने क्रममा भएका काम–कारबाहीका सम्बन्धमा निष्पक्ष छानबिन गर्न नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) ले समिति गठन गरेको छ। बोर्डको मिति २०८२/०९/०४ गतेको निर्णयअनुसार १५ दिनभित्र प्रतिवेदन पेश गर्ने जिम्मेवारीसहित उक्त समिति गठन गरिएको हो। समितिको संयोजकमा बोर्ड सदस्य श्री बिनोद कुमार भट्टराई रहनुभएको छ भने सदस्यमा बोर्ड सदस्यहरू श्री आनन्द राज शर्मा वाग्ले र श्री पिताम्बर भण्डारी रहनुभएको छ।SEBON Forms Committee to Probe Reliance Spinning Mills Book-Building Process Kathmandu — The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has formed a committee to conduct an impartial investigation into the actions and procedures related to the issuance of shares of Reliance Spinning Mills through the book-building process. According to SEBON’s decision dated 2082/09/04, the committee has been tasked with submitting its report within 15 days. The committee is headed by Board Member Mr. Binod Kumar Bhattarai, with Board Members Mr. Anand Raj Sharma Wagley and Mr. Pitambar Bhandari serving as members.
