लगानीकर्ताले राष्ट्र बैंकलाई बुझाए ६ बुँदे ज्ञापनपत्र काठमाडौं । पछिल्ला दिनमा आएको निरन्तर गिरावटसँगै शेयर लगानीकर्ताहरूले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकलाई ६ बुँदे ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाएका छन्। बिहीबार (असोज २) मात्र नेप्से परिसूचक झण्डै १६० अंकले घट्दा करिब ३ खर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको बजार पुँजीकरण गुमेको तथ्याङ्कले देखाएको छ। यसले लगानीकर्ताको मनोबलमा गम्भीर नकारात्मक असर पारेको भन्दै तत्काल सुधारात्मक कदम चाल्न माग गरिएको छ। संयुक्त रूपमा बुझाइएको ज्ञापनपत्रमा शेयर लगानीकर्ता संघ नेपाल, नेपाल पूँजीबजार लगानीकर्ता संघ र स्वतन्त्र पूँजीबजार लगानीकर्ता संघ का पदाधिकारीहरूले हस्ताक्षर गरेका छन्।Investors Submit 6-Point Memorandum to Nepal Rastra Bank Amid Market Decline Kathmandu – Following continuous declines in the stock market, investors have submitted a six-point memorandum to Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), urging immediate corrective measures. On Thursday (Ashwin 2), the NEPSE index plunged by nearly 160 points, wiping out around NPR 300 billion in market capitalization in a single day. This sharp fall has severely shaken investor confidence. The memorandum was jointly submitted with signatures from officials of the Share Investors Association Nepal, Nepal Capital Market Investors Association, and Independent Capital Market Investors Association.

सनिमा बैंकको ७.३६८५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश प्रस्ताव सनिमा बैंक लिमिटेड (SANIMA) ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि ७.३६८५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको असोज ३ गते बसेको बैठकले करसहित नगद लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरेको हो। यस अनुसार बैंकले करिव १ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको लाभांश वितरण गर्नेछ। हाल बैंकको चुक्ता पुँजी १३.५८ अर्ब रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयलाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक (NRB) बाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त भएपछि वार्षिक साधारणसभाबाट अनुमोदन गरी कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याइने बैंकले जनाएको छ।Sanima Bank Proposes 7.3685% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82 Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has proposed a 7.3685% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2081/82. नेप्सेले १५ मिनेटको औषत गणना विधि स्थगित गर्ने निर्णय नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से)ले अन्तिम १५ मिनेटको औषत गणना गर्ने विधिलाई स्थगित गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले नेप्सेलाई पत्र पठाएर सो विधि हटाउन निर्देशन दिएपछि नेप्सेले मंगलबारदेखि नै यसलाई स्थगित गर्ने जनाएको हो। लगानीकर्ताहरूले पछिल्लो समय सो विधि हटाउन निरन्तर माग गर्दै आएका थिए। हिजो (शनिबार) बसेको नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको बैठकले विधि स्थगित गर्ने औपचारिक निर्णय गरेको थियो। नेप्सेले जारी गरेको सूचनामा भनिएको छ, “नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको असोज ४ गतेको पत्रानुसार धितोपत्र कारोबार सञ्चालन विनियमावली (चौथो संशोधन) २०८१ को विनियम ११ उपविनियम (७) मा उल्लेखित अन्तिम १५ मिनेटको भारित औसत मूल्यलाई अन्तिम कारोबार मूल्य मान्ने प्रावधान स्थगन गरिएको छ। अबदेखि अन्तिम कारोबार मूल्यकै आधारमा सूचकांक गणना गरिनेछ।”NEPSE Suspends 15-Minute Average Price Calculation Method Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has decided to suspend the practice of calculating the average price of the last 15 minutes as the final trading price. The decision comes after the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) sent a directive instructing NEPSE to halt the system. The suspension will take effect starting Tuesday. Investors had long been demanding the removal of this system. SEBON’s board meeting held on Saturday officially decided to suspend the method, following which NEPSE issued a notice.

ई–भिसा र राजस्व संकलनका लागि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय कार्ड भुक्तानी सुविधा सुरु काठमाडौं । अब नेपालमा ई–भिसा (इलेक्ट्रोनिक ट्राभल अथोराइजेशन) तथा भिसा–अन–अरलाइभ सेवाको भुक्तानी अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय कार्डमार्फत गर्न सकिने भएको छ। नेपाल सरकारको राजस्व व्यवस्थापन सूचना प्रणाली (RMIS) मा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय कार्ड भुक्तानी सुविधा सुरु गरिएको हो। यसका लागि महालेखा नियन्त्रक कार्यालय (FCGO), प्रवासन विभाग (DOI) र नेपाल क्लियरिङ्ग हाउस लिमिटेड (NCHL) बीच समन्वय गरिएको छ। यस प्रणालीमार्फत अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय पर्यटकहरूले प्रवासन विभागको अनलाइन पोर्टल र त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलमार्फत भिसा शुल्क सहजै भुक्तानी गर्न सक्नेछन्।Kathmandu — Nepal has introduced international card payment facilities for Electronic Travel Authorization (e-visa) and visa-on-arrival services through the Government of Nepal’s Revenue Management Information System (RMIS). ट्रेजरी बिलमा प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ्दा डिस्काउन्ट रेट २ प्रतिशतभन्दा तल काठमाडौं । पछिल्ला दिनमा बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा अत्यधिक तरलता रहँदा सरकारी ऋणपत्र (ट्रेजरी बिल) खरिदमा अभूतपूर्व प्रतिस्पर्धा देखिएको छ। माग भन्दा कैयौँ गुणा बढी आवेदन परेपछि डिस्काउन्ट रेट २ प्रतिशतभन्दा तल झरेको छ। गत भदौ २३ गते बोलकबोल भएको ९१ दिने ट्रेजरी बिलमा डिस्काउन्ट रेट १.९९ प्रतिशत कायम भएको थियो। सो ८ अर्ब ५० करोड बराबरको बिल खरिदका लागि ६३ अर्ब ६० करोड बराबरको आवेदन परेको थियो, जसले प्रतिस्पर्धा झनै तीव्र भएको प्रमाणित गर्‍यो।Treasury Bill Discount Rate Falls Below 2%, NPR 19.49 Billion Renewal Today Kathmandu — With excess liquidity in the banking system, demand for government securities (treasury bills) has surged sharply, pushing discount rates to historic lows. The intense competition among banks has driven the discount rate below 2 percent. On September 8 (Bhadra 23), the 91-day treasury bill auction recorded a discount rate of just 1.99 percent. Although the government had issued bills worth NPR 8.5 billion, total bids submitted reached NPR 63.6 billion — nearly eight times the issuance amount. In this context, the Public Debt Management Office is set to renew treasury bills worth NPR 19.49 billion today (Monday, Ashoj 5). Of this, NPR 5 billion will be for the 28-day maturity and NPR 14.49 billion for the 91-day maturity. The auction will be held online between 10 AM and 3 PM on Sunday, while the issuance date is scheduled for Tuesday, Ashoj 7.

सेबनको ढिलाइले ऊर्जा क्षेत्रका लगानीकर्ताले गुमाए एक खर्बभन्दा बढी धितोपत्र बोर्ड नेपाल (सेबन) ले शेयर निष्काशनमा ढिलाइ गर्दा ऊर्जा क्षेत्रका लगानीकर्ताले मात्र करिब एक खर्ब आठ अर्ब ५० करोड रुपैयाँ गुमाएको स्वतन्त्र ऊर्जा उत्पादकहरुको संस्था नेपाल (इप्पान)ले दाबी गरेको छ। इप्पानले आज सेबनलाई पठाएको पत्रमा २०८० साल जेठपछि आईपीओ र राइट शेयर निष्काशनमा ढिलाइ हुँदा ९७५ मेगावाट क्षमताका ४३ वटा आईपीओ र ७ वटा राइट शेयरसहित ५० कम्पनी प्रभावित भएको उल्लेख छ। यसै कारण २३ अर्ब २७ करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको शेयर निष्काशन हुन नसकेको, १२ अर्ब ४० करोडभन्दा बढी ब्याज थपिएको, २४ अर्ब ३० करोड बराबरको लागत बढेको र ७१ अर्ब ७८ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी राजस्व गुमाएको दाबी गरिएको छ।Investors in Nepal’s Energy Sector Lose Over NPR 108 Billion Due to SEBON Delays The Independent Power Producers’ Association of Nepal (IPPAN) has claimed that investors in Nepal’s energy sector have lost nearly NPR 108.5 billion because the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) delayed the approval process for issuing shares. According to a letter sent by IPPAN to SEBON, after May 2023 (2080 Jestha), delays in approving IPOs and rights share issuances affected 50 companies — 43 preparing IPOs and 7 preparing rights offerings, representing projects with a combined capacity of 975 MW. Because of these delays, IPOs worth NPR 23.27 billion could not be issued, NPR 12.40 billion in additional interest costs were incurred, NPR 24.30 billion in project costs escalated, and NPR 71.78 billion in potential government revenue was lost.
