महालक्ष्मी विकास बैंकले ग्राहकलाई स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (PAN) अद्यावधिक गर्न आग्रह काठमाडौं, असोज २८ — महालक्ष्मी विकास बैंक लिमिटेडले आफ्ना सम्पूर्ण ग्राहकहरूलाई खातामा स्थायी लेखा नम्बर (PAN) अद्यावधिक गर्न आग्रह गरेको छ। बैंकले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी एकीकृत निर्देशन २०७६/८१ अनुसार PAN विवरण अद्यावधिक गर्नु अनिवार्य भएको जनाएको छ। बैंकका अनुसार प्राकृतिक व्यक्तिले रु. ५० लाखभन्दा बढीको म्यादित निक्षेप गर्न वा त्यसबाट प्राप्त हुने ब्याजमा कर तिर्न PAN नम्बर अनिवार्य हुन आवश्यक छ। बैंकले जानकारी दिएको छ कि PAN नम्बर अभावमा ब्याज भुक्तानीमा कटाइने कर विवरण E-TDS प्रणालीमा समावेश गर्न नसकिने भएकाले कर समायोजनमा समस्या हुन सक्छ।Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Urges Customers to Update Their PAN Details Kathmandu, October 14 — Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited has urged all its customers to update their Permanent Account Number (PAN) in their bank accounts. The bank issued a public notice stating that, as per the Unified Directive No. 9/2076-81 issued by the Nepal Rastra Bank, it is mandatory for customers to link their PAN details with their accounts. According to the bank, individuals maintaining fixed deposits above NPR 5 million or earning interest income on such deposits must mandatorily provide their PAN number. The bank emphasized that without a PAN, the tax deducted on interest payments (E-TDS) cannot be properly recorded under the customer’s account, which may cause discrepancies during tax reconciliation.
