He also praised SEJON for continuously contributing to the development of the country’s economy through various initiatives.

Highs, Lows, and Turnover Throughout the week, the index touched a high of 2,791.67 points and a low of 2,702.25 points, showing a weekly volatility of 89.42 points. In the previous week, volatility was slightly higher at 94.11 points. The sharpest intraday loss came on Sunday, with the index falling by 31.71 points, while the turnover stood at Rs 6.06 Arba. The total weekly turnover amounted to Rs 25.47 Arba.

कार्तिक १ देखि स्वास्थ्य बीमामार्फत विपन्न नागरिकलाई ८ कडा रोगको उपचार सुविधा स्वास्थ्य बीमामा आबद्ध भएका नागरिकहरूले आउँदो कार्तिक १ गतेदेखि आठ प्रकारका कडा रोगको उपचार सुविधा तथा विपन्न नागरिकको एकीकृत सेवा पाउने भएका छन्। स्वास्थ्य तथा जनसंख्या मन्त्रालयले सामाजिक स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा कार्यक्रमहरूलाई एकीकृत गर्ने निर्णयअनुसार यो व्यवस्था लागू गर्न लागिएको हो। यसको कार्यान्वयनका लागि मन्त्रालयले हालै ‘विपन्न नागरिक औषधि उपचार कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन निर्देशिका २०८२ (पहिलो संशोधन)’ स्वीकृत गरेको थियो। संशोधित निर्देशिका अनुसार, विपन्न नागरिकले पाउँदै आएको सम्पूर्ण उपचार खर्च अब स्वास्थ्य बीमा बोर्डमार्फत हुने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।Poor Citizens to Get Treatment for 8 Severe Diseases Through Health Insurance from Kartik 1 From Kartik 1, citizens enrolled in the health insurance program will be able to access treatment for eight types of severe diseases, along with an integrated facility for poor citizens. The Ministry of Health and Population announced that this arrangement is being implemented as part of its decision to unify various social health security programs. To enable this, the ministry recently approved the “Directive on Operating the Poor Citizens’ Medical Treatment Program 2082 (First Amendment).” As per the amended directive, all treatment expenses previously provided to poor citizens will now be managed through the Health Insurance Board.

सुनचाँदी बजारमा रेकर्ड तोड वृद्धि आज शुक्रबार सुनचाँदी बजारमा ऐतिहासिक मूल्य वृद्धि भएको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार तोलाको २ हजार ५ सय रुपैयाँले बढ्दै सुनको मूल्य हालसम्मकै उच्च विन्दुमा पुगेको हो। यस दिन तोलाको मूल्य २ लाख १० हजार ४ सय रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ। अघिल्लो दिन (बिहीबार) तोलाको मूल्य २ लाख ७ हजार ९ सय रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भएको थियो। त्यसैगरी, चाँदीको मूल्य पनि वृद्धिसँगै तोलाको २ हजार ४ सय ९० रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ, जुन हिजोभन्दा १० रुपैयाँले बढि हो।Gold and Silver Prices Hit Record Highs On Friday, gold and silver prices in Nepal surged to historic levels. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold increased by Rs. 2,500 per tola, reaching an all-time high of Rs. 210,400 per tola. On Thursday, gold was traded at Rs. 207,900 per tola. Similarly, silver also gained Rs. 10 per tola, with its price fixed at Rs. 2,490 per tola compared to Rs. 2,480 per tola the previous day.

The company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Ashad 31 to issue a total of 950,475 shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. Earlier, the company had already allocated 380,190 shares (10% of issued capital) to locals of the project-affected area and 57,029 shares (15%) to Nepali citizens working abroad. Similarly, 28,514 shares were reserved for mutual funds, and 11,406 shares were set aside for company employees.

The meeting approved the Board of Directors’ report, the audited financial statements for FY 2081/82, and endorsed a 50 percent cash dividend (including tax) on the company’s paid-up capital. In his address, Chairman Santhosh Kumar Rathi reported that with a paid-up capital of Rs. 20 crore, the company earned over Rs. 30.6 crore in revenue and recorded a net profit of Rs. 11.64 crore during the review period.
