आज साँझ मन्त्रिपरिषद्को बैठक, राष्ट्र बैंकको गभर्नर नियुक्ति हुने सम्भावना प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओलीले आज साँझ ६ बजे मन्त्रिपरिषद्को बैठक बोलाएका छन्। बैठकको प्रमुख एजेन्डा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको नयाँ गभर्नर नियुक्तिको विषय रहेको जनाइएको छ। गभर्नर चयन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन सिफारिस समिति गठन भइसकेको छ। अर्थमन्त्री विष्णु पौडेलको संयोजकत्वमा पूर्व गभर्नर महाप्रसाद अधिकारी र अर्थविद् डा. पोषराज पाण्डे सदस्य रहेको समितिले तीन जनाको नाम मन्त्रिपरिषद् समक्ष सिफारिस गर्नुपर्ने प्रावधान छ।Cabinet Meeting Scheduled Today; Possibility of Appointing New NRB Governor Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called a Cabinet meeting for today at 6 PM. The key agenda of the meeting is expected to be the appointment of a new Governor for Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). A recommendation committee has already been formed to initiate the selection process. The committee is chaired by Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel, with former Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari and economist Dr. Posh Raj Pandey as members. As per procedure, the committee must recommend three candidates for the post of Governor.
