नेप्से घट्यो, कारोबार रकम सामान्य बढ्योNEPSE Declines as Turnover Sees Slight Growth

बिहीबार नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) परिसूचक घटेर बन्द भएको छ । अघिल्लो कारोबार दिन बुधबार सामान्य सुधार देखिएको बजार यस दिन पुनः दबाबमा परेको हो। यस दिन नेप्से परिसूचक १२.३६ अंकले घट्दै २७४२.११ विन्दुमा कायम भएको छ।The NEPSE index declined by 12.36 points on Thursday to close at 2,742.11 points. Despite the market decline, daily turnover increased to over Rs. 3.89 billion. Most sector indices ended lower, with the Hotel and Tourism subgroup posting the biggest loss. Bungal Hydro gained more than 6 percent, while Upper Lohore Khola Hydropower Company recorded the highest decline of 14.95 percent. Ankhu Khola Hydropower Company emerged as the top-traded stock of the day.

He stated that both the U.S. and Iran are unwilling to escalate military tensions, and negotiations are continuing under the direction of President Donald Trump. Vance warned that an alternative plan is ready if the talks fail and reaffirmed that the U.S. will not allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, Trump has ordered the Pentagon to suspend the planned military strike against Iran.

Widely respected as an economic analyst and writer, his demise is considered a major loss to Nepal’s capital market and administrative sector.

काठमाडौँ । नेपालको सार्वजनिक ऋण चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को वैशाख मसान्तसम्म २९ खर्ब ७५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। १० महिनामै सार्वजनिक ऋण करिब ३ खर्ब रुपैयाँले बढेको हो। कुल ऋणमध्ये १३ खर्ब ८१ अर्ब रुपैयाँ आन्तरिक र १५ खर्ब ९३ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बाह्य ऋण रहेको छ। अमेरिकी डलर बलियो हुँदा विनिमय दरको प्रभावले बाह्य ऋण दायित्वमा थप १ खर्ब ६८ अर्ब रुपैयाँ भार परेको छ। यस अवधिमा सरकारले ३ खर्ब ६५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ ऋण परिचालन गर्दा ऋण सेवा खर्च भने २ खर्ब ९३ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ।Kathmandu । Nepal’s total public debt has reached Rs 29.75 trillion by the end of Baisakh in the current fiscal year 2082/83, increasing by over Rs 3 trillion within 10 months. Domestic debt stands at Rs 13.81 trillion while external debt has reached Rs 15.93 trillion. The strengthening of the US dollar has added an extra burden of Rs 168 billion to external liabilities due to exchange rate fluctuations. So far this fiscal year, the government has mobilized Rs 365 billion in public debt, while debt servicing expenses have climbed to Rs 293 billion.

काठमाडौं । सरकारले नेपालमा सञ्चालन भइरहेका स्वदेशी तथा विदेशी ओटीटी प्लेटफर्मलाई नियमन र करको दायरामा ल्याउन नयाँ ओटीटी नियमावली तयार गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको छ । प्रस्तावित व्यवस्थाअनुसार ओटीटी सेवा सञ्चालन गर्न अनिवार्य दर्ता र लाइसेन्स लिनुपर्नेछ भने १ करोड रुपैयाँ शुल्क तिर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था रहनेछ । सरकारको तयारीअनुसार Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube Premium लगायत विदेशी तथा स्वदेशी प्लेटफर्महरू नियमनको दायरामा आउनेछन् ।Kathmandu । The government has moved forward with drafting a new OTT regulation to bring domestic and international streaming platforms under Nepal’s regulatory and tax framework. According to Director General Rabindra Bohora, a report prepared to resolve the issue is currently under discussion at the Prime Minister’s Office. Meanwhile, tensions have increased in the construction sector after Minister Sunil Lamsal took strict action against contractors accused of delaying projects, including police mobilization. काठमाडौं । प्रस्तावित प्रधानन्यायाधीश डा. मनोज कुमार शर्मा ले न्यायपालिकाको कार्यबोझ तीव्र रूपमा बढ्दै गएको बताएका छन् । वि.सं. २०६१ मा १ लाख ७ हजार रहेको वार्षिक मुद्दा लगत २०८२ असारसम्म बढेर ३ लाख ७५ हजार पुगेको छ । पछिल्लो आर्थिक वर्षमा मात्रै २ लाख १४ हजारभन्दा बढी नयाँ मुद्दा दर्ता भएका छन् । दैनिक फर्छ्यौट संख्या दर्ताभन्दा बढी भए पनि पुराना बक्यौता मुद्दा अझै उच्च रहेको उल्लेख गरिएको छ । सूचना प्रविधि प्रणालीमा आएको समस्याका कारण मुद्दा व्यवस्थापन प्रभावित भएको भन्दै उनले कार्यविधि सरलीकरण, सूचना प्रविधिको अधिक प्रयोग र व्यवस्थापन सुधारमार्फत बक्यौता घटाउने योजना प्रस्तुत गरेका छन् ।Kathmandu: Proposed Chief Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma has stated that the workload of Nepal’s judiciary has increased sharply over the years. The annual number of pending cases has risen from around 107,000 in 2061 B.S. to more than 375,000 by the end of Ashadh 2082 B.S. More than 214,000 new cases were registered in the last fiscal year alone. Although daily case settlements are higher than daily registrations, old backlog cases still remain high. Sharma said issues in information technology systems have also affected case management and proposed measures such as procedural simplification, improved management, and greater use of technology to reduce pending cases.
