श्री बुटवल पावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले न्यादी हाईड्रोपावर लिमिटेडका ३१ लाख कित्ता सेयर बिक्री गर्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो। तर नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले पत्ता लगाएको छ कि बुटवल पावरका केही सञ्चालकहरू न्यादी हाईड्रोपावरमा पनि सञ्चालक रहेका छन्, जसले हितसंघर्ष उत्पन्न गर्छ। त्यसैले बोर्डले यो सेयर बिक्री स्थगन गर्न निर्देशन दिएको छ र कम्पनीलाई स्पष्टीकरणButwal Power Company Limited had decided to sell 3.1 million shares of Nyadi Hydropower Limited. However, the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) found that some directors of BPCL are also directors in Nyadi Hydropower, which raises a conflict of interest. As a result, SEBON has temporarily halted the share sale and asked BPCL to submit a detailed explanation and its official stance. The sale was found to be in violation of Rule 38(1Ka) of the Securities Regulations, 2073.
