Prabhu Capital is the issue manager for this IPO. Out of the NPR 600 million issued capital, 30% (1.8 million shares) have been allocated for the general public, including 180,000 shares reserved for Nepalis in foreign employment.

The government is working on worker safety, wage standards, and reintegration policies, but fraud and illegal migration remain concerns. Nepalese migration continues to be a major economic driver.

नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले सार्वजनिक गरेको चालु आर्थिक वर्षको पहिलो छ महिनाको विवरण अनुसार, देशको विदेशी विनिमय सञ्चिति उल्लेखनीय रूपमा वृद्धि भएको छ। गत असार मसान्तमा रु २० खर्ब ४१ अर्ब १० करोड रहेको विदेशी मुद्राको सञ्चिति १३.५ प्रतिशतले बढेर पुस मसान्तसम्म रु २३ खर्ब १६ अर्ब ८४ करोड पुगेको छ। अमेरिकी डलरमा हिसाब गर्दा, यस्तो सञ्चिति १५ अर्ब २७ करोडबाट १६ अर्ब ८४ करोड पुगेको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकमा रहेको सञ्चिति १२.१ प्रतिशतले वृद्धि भई रु २० खर्ब ७२ अर्ब ३४ करोड पुगेको छ भने, बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूमा रहेको सञ्चिति २७ प्रतिशतले बढेर रु दुई खर्ब ४४ अर्ब ५० करोड पुगेको छ।According to the Nepal Rastra Bank's report for the first six months of the current fiscal year, the country's foreign exchange reserves have increased significantly. The total foreign currency reserves, which stood at NPR 20.41 trillion at the end of the last fiscal year's Ashar month, have increased by 13.5% to reach NPR 23.16 trillion by the end of Poush. In terms of US dollars, the reserves have grown from USD 15.27 billion to USD 16.84 billion. The reserves held by Nepal Rastra Bank have increased by 12.1% to NPR 20.72 trillion, while the reserves with banks and financial institutions have surged by 27% to reach NPR 2.44 trillion.

According to the central bank, the annual consumer price index-based inflation stands at 4.71%. The report shows that imports have increased by 7.1%, while exports have grown by 2.9%. Additionally, remittance inflows have surged by 11.1%, contributing to an improved balance of payments. The balance of payments surplus stands at NPR 139.21 billion, while the total foreign exchange reserves have expanded by 13.8%. However, the Nepalese government has incurred a revenue deficit of NPR 66.17 billion. Banking and financial institutions have recorded a 7.1% increase in deposit collection and a 6.5% rise in credit disbursement. With broad money supply increasing by 9%, Nepal Rastra Bank asserts that financial stability remains intact.

चालू आर्थिक वर्षमा डिजेल आयात १८ प्रतिशतले घटेको छ। भन्सार विभागका अनुसार साउनदेखि पुससम्म डिजेल आयात १२ अर्ब रुपैयाँले घटेर ५४ अर्ब ३७ करोड रुपैयाँमा सीमित भएको छ। डिजेलको खपत सुस्त आर्थिक गतिविधि, निर्माण क्षेत्रमा मन्दी, र विद्युतीय गाडीको बढ्दो प्रयोगले घटेको नेपाल आयल निगमका प्रवक्ता मनोजकुमार ठाकुरले बताए।Diesel imports have decreased by 18 percent in the current fiscal year. According to the Customs Department, diesel imports dropped by NPR 12 billion between July and December, amounting to NPR 54.37 billion. Nepal Oil Corporation spokesperson Manoj Kumar Thakur stated that the decline in diesel consumption is due to sluggish economic activities, a slowdown in the construction sector, and the increasing use of electric vehicles.

नेपाली सेयर बजारमा सोमबार पनि गिरावट जारी रह्यो। नेप्से सूचक १०.६१ अंकले घट्दै २,६३३.३२ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। बजारमा कुल ८ अर्ब ९२ करोड रुपैयाँको कारोबार भएको छ, जहाँ ३१२ कम्पनीका १ करोड ७२ लाखभन्दा बढी कित्ता सेयर किनबेच भए। आजको प्रमुख कारोबारमा सिन्धु विकास बैंक अगाडि रह्यो, जसले २९ करोड ८३ लाख रुपैयाँको कारोबार गर्‍यो। दोस्रो स्थानमा सप्तकोशी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक १८ करोड ६० लाख रुपैयाँको कारोबारसहित रह्यो भने एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्टक्चर एन्ड डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक १२ करोड ९ लाख रुपैयाँको कारोबारसहित तेस्रो स्थानमा रह्यो।Nepal Stock Market Declines Over 10 Points on the Second Trading Day of the Week, NPR 8.92 Billion Turnover, Momentum in Hydropower While Development Banks Face Pressure Nepal's stock market continued its decline on Monday, marking the second consecutive trading day of losses. सर्वोच्च अदालतले संरक्षित क्षेत्र र राष्ट्रिय निकुञ्जभित्र पूर्वाधार निर्माण गर्न रोक लगाउने आदेश दिएपछि २६७ जलविद्युत् आयोजना प्रभावित भएका छन्। १९ हजार ७३६ मेगावाट क्षमताका यी आयोजनाहरूले अनुमति प्राप्त गरी खर्बौं लगानी गरिसकेको इप्पानले जनाएको छ। साथै, वन मन्त्रालयबाट स्वीकृति नपाउँदा थप २५ हजार मेगावाट क्षमताका आयोजना रोकिएका छन्।The Supreme Court’s decision to prohibit infrastructure development within protected areas and national parks has impacted 267 hydropower projects with a combined capacity of 19,736 MW. These projects, which have already secured permits and invested billions, now face uncertainty. Additionally, the lack of approval from the Ministry of Forests has stalled another 25,000 MW of potential projects.
