नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) ले स्टक डिलर कार्यविधिमा संशोधन गर्दै पूँजीबजारलाई थप तरल र गतिशील बनाउने कदम चालेको छ। नयाँ व्यवस्थाअनुसार डिलरहरूले अब शेयरसँगै सरकारी ऋणपत्र, म्युचुअल फण्ड र डिबेन्चरमा पनि लगानी गर्न पाउने भएका छन्। नाफामा रहेका कम्पनी मात्र किन्नुपर्ने पुरानो प्रावधान हटाइएको छ भने न्यूनतम चुक्ता पूँजी सीमा २५ करोड पुर्याइएको छ। साथै, प्रक्रिया सरल बनाउँदै डिलरहरूले कम्पनी सूची स्वीकृत गराउनु नपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has revised its stock dealer regulations to enhance market liquidity and efficiency. The new rules allow dealers to invest in government bonds, mutual funds, and debentures in addition to equities. The restriction of investing only in consistently profitable companies has been removed, while the minimum paid-up capital threshold has been raised to NPR 250 million. The service and tourism sectors are likely to be most affected. Challenges include reduced consumer purchasing power, rising industrial costs, and lower investor confidence. The agriculture sector is expected to remain stable overall. On the positive side, political stability, reform-oriented policies, and foreign exchange reserves are expected to support investor confidence. In the coming years, hydropower development, rising consumption, and election-related spending are projected to boost growth to 4.4%. South Asia’s regional growth is also expected to slow slightly, but the region is still anticipated to expand at a relatively strong pace.

चैत २५ गते बुधबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य लगातार दोस्रो दिन बढेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघ का अनुसार सुन प्रतितोला ७,२०० रुपैयाँले बढेर २ लाख ९९ हजार रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी २०४ रुपैयाँले बढेर ५,०२५ रुपैयाँमा पुगेको छ।On Wednesday, Chaitra 25, gold and silver prices in Nepal increased for the second consecutive day. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, gold rose by Rs. 7,200 per tola to Rs. 299,000, while silver increased by Rs. 204 to Rs. 5,025 per tola.
