      नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बजारमा बढेको अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न आज ४० अर्ब रुपैयाँ निक्षेप संकलनमार्फत बैंकिङ प्रणालीबाट खिच्ने भएको छ। यसका लागि दिउँसो ३ बजे बोलकबोल हुनेछ। ‘क’, ‘ख’ र ‘ग’ वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले ब्याजदर बोलकबोलका आधारमा प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्दै सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। ५६ दिने यो उपकरणको साँवा तथा ब्याज जेठ २७ गते भुक्तानी गरिनेछ।Nepal Rastra Bank is set to withdraw Rs 40 billion from the banking system today through its deposit collection instrument to manage excess liquidity. The bidding will be held at 3 PM, allowing A, B, and C class banks and financial institutions to participate through competitive interest rate offers. The 56-day instrument will mature on Jestha 27, when both principal and interest will be repaid.

      चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को ९ महिनामा सरकारले करिब ५४ प्रतिशत बजेट खर्च गरेको छ। कुल १९ खर्ब ६४ अर्बमध्ये १० खर्ब ५९ अर्ब खर्च हुँदा अधिकांश रकम चालु खर्चमा गएको छ। पुँजीगत खर्च भने कमजोर रहँदै २३.५८ प्रतिशत मात्र भएको छ। मध्यपूर्वको तनावका कारण निर्माण सामग्री अभावले विकास खर्च प्रभावित भएको छ। यसैबीच सरकारले ९ खर्ब ७ अर्ब आम्दानी गरेको छ।In the first nine months of fiscal year 2082/83, the Government of Nepal has spent about 54% of its total budget. Out of NPR 19.64 trillion, NPR 10.59 trillion has been utilized, mostly on recurrent expenses. Capital expenditure remains low at 23.58%, affected by construction material shortages due to Middle East tensions. Meanwhile, the government has generated NPR 907 billion in revenue.

      २०८२ सालको अन्तिम कारोबार दिन नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (NEPSE) परिसूचक ४.१८ अंकले घटेर २८३३.६० विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। बजारमा सामान्य गिरावटसँगै कारोबार रकम पनि घटेको छ। केही कम्पनीहरूको शेयर सकारात्मक सर्किटमा कारोबार भए पनि समग्र बजार कमजोर रह्यो। १३ मध्ये ६ उपसमूह बढ्दा ७ उपसमूह घटेका छन्।On the last trading day of the year 2082, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index declined by 4.18 points to close at 2,833.60. The market showed a slight downturn with reduced trading volume. Although a few companies hit positive circuit levels, the overall market remained weak. The average rate for individual fixed deposits has fallen to 4.4 percent in Baisakh, lower than the previous month. While most banks kept rates unchanged, some reduced them. Despite excess investable funds in the market, sluggish loan demand has continued to push interest rates downward.

      हवाई इन्धनको मूल्य बढेसँगै नेपालमा आन्तरिक उडानका यात्रु संख्या उल्लेख्य रूपमा घटेको छ। Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal का अनुसार चैत १८ पछि दैनिक यात्रु १२ हजारबाट घटेर करिब ७ देखि ८ हजारमा झरेका छन्, जसले गत वर्षको तुलनामा करिब १८ प्रतिशत गिरावट देखाएको छ। इन्धनको मूल्य Nepal Oil Corporation ले प्रतिलिटर १२४ रुपैयाँले बढाएपछि हवाई भाडा पनि ५ हजार ४८० रुपैयाँसम्म बढेको छ। यात्रु घट्दा एयरलाइन्स तथा प्राधिकरणको आम्दानी प्रभावित भएको छ र एयरलाइन्सहरूले उडान मर्ज तथा कटौती गर्न थालेका छन्।Domestic air travel in Nepal has declined significantly following the rise in aviation fuel prices. According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, daily passenger numbers have dropped from around 12,000 to about 7,000–8,000 after Chaitra 18, marking an 18% decrease compared to last year. The fuel price increase of NPR 124 per liter by Nepal Oil Corporation has pushed airfares up by as much as NPR 5,480. As a result, airlines are experiencing reduced revenue and have begun merging or cutting flights to manage lower demand.

According to Nepal Rastra Bank’s report, 456,000 property deeds were registered by the fourth quarter of FY 2081/82, the highest in the past three years. Transactions worth over NPR 127 billion were recorded during the period. Madhesh Province led in the number of transactions, while Bagmati Province topped in transaction value. Demand for smaller plots has increased, and housing and real estate loans have also risen. Overall, the market shows clear signs of renewed activity and recovery.

      नेपाल नागरिक उड्डयन प्राधिकरणले त्रिभुवन अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विमानस्थलमा भीडभाड नियन्त्रण गर्न नयाँ व्यवस्था लागू गरेको छ। अब विदेश जाने वा विदेशबाट आउने यात्रुको बिदाइ तथा स्वागतमा बढीमा तीनजना मात्रै सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्। धेरै आफन्त विमानस्थल पुग्दा भीड बढ्ने र व्यवस्थापनमा समस्या हुने भएकाले यस्तो निर्णय गरिएको प्राधिकरणले जनाएको छ। सबैलाई सहयोग गर्न पनि आग्रह गरिएको छ।The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal has introduced a new rule to control overcrowding at Tribhuvan International Airport. Now, only up to three people will be allowed to accompany a passenger for departure or arrival greetings. The authority said the decision was made due to excessive crowds caused by large numbers of relatives, which created management difficulties. It has also requested public cooperation to maintain order at the airport.

      सरकारले डिजिटल सुशासनलाई मजबुत बनाउने उद्देश्यसहित नागरिक एपमार्फत विभिन्न सरकारी सेवाहरू अनलाइन उपलब्ध गराउने तयारी तीव्र बनाएको छ। निजामती कर्मचारीको विवरण, लोक सेवा आयोगका परीक्षार्थीको प्रवेशपत्र र वैदेशिक अध्ययनका लागि एनओसी जस्ता सेवाहरू अब नागरिक एपबाटै उपलब्ध गराउने तयारी अन्तिम चरणमा पुगेको छ। सूचना प्रविधि विभागका अनुसार प्रणाली परीक्षणमा रहेको र एक हप्ताभित्र पूर्ण रूपमा लागू हुने अपेक्षा छ। यससँगै नागरिक एपलाई ‘वन–स्टप डिजिटल सेवा प्लेटफर्म’ बनाउने लक्ष्य सरकारको रहेको छ।The government is accelerating its plan to strengthen digital governance by expanding online services through the Nagarik App. Services such as civil servants’ records, Public Service Commission admit cards, and No Objection Certificates (NOC) for foreign study are in the final stage of being integrated into the app. According to the Department of Information Technology, the system is currently under testing and is expected to be fully operational within a week. The government aims to develop the Nagarik App into a “one-stop digital service platform.”

Due to a shortage of bitumen, blacktopping work on the Nagdhunga–Mugling road’s Nagdhunga–Naubise section has been halted. Although the project is in its final stage, work has stopped due to a lack of required bitumen. The contractor says the remaining work could be completed within 10 days if supply is restored.

      नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले वित्तीय प्रणालीमा रहेको अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न आज शुक्रवार १ खर्ब २५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ निक्षेप संकलन गर्ने भएको छ। बोलकबोल प्रक्रियामार्फत गरिने यस उपकरणमा वाणिज्य बैंक, विकास बैंक र वित्त कम्पनीहरूले मात्र सहभागिता जनाउन पाउनेछन्। बैंकिङ क्षेत्रमा कर्जा प्रवाह कमजोर रहँदा तरलता बढी भएपछि राष्ट्र बैंकले बजार ब्याजदर सन्तुलनमा राख्न यो कदम चालेको हो। संकलित रकमको सावाँ तथा ब्याज २०८३ वैशाख २ गते भुक्तानी गरिनेछ।Nepal Rastra Bank is set to absorb Rs 125 billion today through a deposit collection instrument to manage excess liquidity in the financial system.       चैत २७ गते शुक्रबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य वृद्धि भएको छ। सुन प्रतितोला २,२०० रुपैयाँले बढेर २ लाख ९६ हजार ९०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी तोलामा ८५ रुपैयाँले बढेर ४ हजार ९६० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ।On Friday, Chaitra 27, gold and silver prices increased in the Nepali market. Gold rose by Rs. 2,200 per tola to Rs. 296,900, while silver increased by Rs. 85 per tola to Rs. 4,960.
