फागुन १९ गते मंगलबार नेपाली बजारमा सुनको मूल्य बढेर प्रतितोला ३ लाख २८ हजार ६०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो दिनको तुलनामा २ हजार ५०० रुपैयाँले बढी हो। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बजारको प्रभावका कारण सुनको मूल्य वृद्धि भएको हो। यता, चाँदीको मूल्य भने २०५ रुपैयाँले घटेर प्रतितोला ५ हजार ८१५ रुपैयाँमा झरेको छ।Gold prices in the Nepali market increased on Tuesday, Falgun 19, reaching Rs. 328,600 per tola, up by Rs. 2,500 compared to the previous day, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को माघ मसान्तसम्म सरकारले २ खर्ब ५५ अर्ब ४८ करोड रुपैयाँ सार्वजनिक ऋण प्राप्त गरेको छ, जुन वार्षिक लक्ष्यको ४२.८९ प्रतिशत हो। सार्वजनिक ऋण व्यवस्थापन कार्यालयका अनुसार कुल सार्वजनिक ऋण दायित्व बढेर २८ खर्ब ५८ अर्ब ९७ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जुन GDP को ४६.८१ प्रतिशत बराबर हो। कुल ऋणमध्ये वैदेशिक ऋण ५२.८१ प्रतिशत र आन्तरिक ऋण ४७.१९ प्रतिशत रहेको छ। यस अवधिसम्म सरकारले ऋण सेवा खर्चतर्फ २ खर्ब ३ अर्ब ६५ करोड रुपैयाँ भुक्तानी गरेको छ, जुन वार्षिक विनियोजनको ४९.५५ प्रतिशत हो।By mid-Magh of fiscal year 2025/26, the Government of Nepal has mobilized public loans worth Rs 255.48 billion, achieving 42.89 percent of its annual target. Total public debt has increased to Rs 2.858 trillion, equivalent to 46.81 percent of GDP. External debt accounts for 52.81 percent of the total, while domestic debt stands at 47.19 percent. The government has also paid Rs 203.65 billion in debt servicing expenses, representing 49.55 percent of the allocated annual budget.

नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) ले लगानीकर्ताको डाटा सुरक्षा र डिजिटल कारोबार प्रणालीलाई मजबुत बनाउन ‘आईटी अडिट गाइडलाइनस् २०२६’ लागू गरेको छ। नयाँ व्यवस्थाअनुसार सबै ब्रोकर कम्पनीहरूले आफ्नो ट्रेडिङ सिस्टम, वेबसाइट, मोबाइल एप, सर्भर र ग्राहक डाटा व्यवस्थापन प्रणालीको अनिवार्य आईटी अडिट गराउनुपर्नेछ। ब्रोकरहरूले प्रत्येक दुई वर्षमा कम्तीमा एक पटक अडिट गर्नुपर्नेछ भने नियम पालना नगर्ने कम्पनीहरूलाई कारबाही गरिने नेप्सेले जनाएको छ। यस कदमले शेयर बजारलाई थप सुरक्षित र विश्वसनीय बनाउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has implemented the “IT Audit Guidelines 2026” to enhance investor data protection and strengthen the security of digital trading systems. बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा अधिक तरलता भएपछि नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले निक्षेप संकलन उपकरणमार्फत ११० अर्ब रुपैयाँ बजारबाट तान्ने भएको छ। आज फागुन १७ गते दिउँसो ३ बजे हुने बोलकबोलमा ‘क’, ‘ख’ र ‘ग’ वर्गका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामात्र सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्। ८७ दिने अवधिको उक्त उपकरणको साँवा तथा ब्याज भुक्तानी २०८३ जेठ १३ गते गरिनेछ।Nepal Rastra Bank will withdraw Rs 110 billion from the banking system through a deposit collection instrument to manage excess liquidity. The company had received approval to issue 3.2 million ordinary shares, equivalent to 32.65 percent of its issued capital of Rs 98 crore. Under the first phase of the offering, 980,000 shares were allocated to residents of project-affected areas based on environmental impact assessment reports and power generation licensing provisions. Similarly, 222,000 shares were issued to Nepali migrant workers with official labor approval, while 111,000 shares were allotted to mutual investment funds. In the second phase, the company has reserved 44,400 shares for its employees and is now offering the remaining 1,842,600 shares to the general public. The shares carry a face value of Rs 100 per unit, aiming to raise a total of Rs 18.42 crore from public investors.

इरानका सर्वोच्च नेता आयतोल्लाह अली खामेनीको निधन पुष्टि, ४० दिन राष्ट्रिय शोक घोषणा इरानका सर्वोच्च नेता आयतोल्लाह अली खामेनीको निधन भएको इरानको राज्य टेलिभिजनले पुष्टि गरेको छ। सरकारी प्रसारणमार्फत् एक प्रस्तोताले भावुक हुँदै खामेनीको मृत्यु भएको जानकारी दिँदै देशभर ४० दिन राष्ट्रिय शोक घोषणा गरिएको जनाएको बीबीसीले उल्लेख गरेको छ। यसअघि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्पले सामाजिक सञ्जाल ट्रुथ सोसलमार्फत् खामेनी मारिएको दाबी गरेका थिए। तर त्यसबेला इरान सरकारले उक्त दाबीको पुष्टि गरेको थिएन। इरानका विदेशमन्त्री अब्बास अराघचीले समेत एनबीसीसँगको अन्तर्वार्तामा खामेनी सुरक्षित र स्वस्थ रहेको बताएका थिए। तर पछि इरानको सरकारी सञ्चारमाध्यमहरूले नै खामेनीको मृत्यु भएको पुष्टि गरेका हुन्। अलजजिराका अनुसार फार्स न्युज एजेन्सीले खामेनी शनिबार बिहान आफ्नै कार्यालयमा जिम्मेवारी निर्वाह गरिरहेकै बेला मारिएको जनाएको छ। सरकारले ४० दिन राष्ट्रिय शोकका साथै सात दिन सार्वजनिक बिदा घोषणा गरेको समाचारमा उल्लेख गरिएको छ। तस्निम न्युज एजेन्सीले पनि उनको निधन पुष्टि गरेको छ।Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei Confirmed Dead; 40 Days of National Mourning Declared Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has died, according to confirmation broadcast by Iran’s state television, which also announced a 40-day period of national mourning following his death. दूध पोखरी चेपे हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड र संयुक्त ऊर्जा लिमिटेडले प्राथमिक शेयर (आईपीओ) निष्कासनका लागि नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) मा अनुमति मागेका छन्। दूध पोखरी चेपेले २१ करोड २० लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको २० लाख २० हजार कित्ता शेयर निष्कासन गर्न निवेदन दिएको छ भने संयुक्त ऊर्जाले ४१ करोड ६० लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको ४१ लाख ६० हजार कित्ता शेयर जारी गर्न आवेदन दिएको छ। अनुमति पाएपछि दुवै कम्पनीले पहिलो चरणमा आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीय र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि तथा त्यसपछि सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्नेछन्।Dudh Pokhari Chepe Hydropower Limited and Sanyukta Urja Limited have applied to the नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (SEBON) for approval to issue IPOs. Dudh Pokhari Chepe plans to issue shares worth Rs. 212 million, while Sanyukta Urja seeks to float shares worth Rs. 416 million. After receiving approval, both companies will first allocate shares to project-affected locals and Nepalis working abroad, followed by a public offering to general investors.

The company plans to issue 20,75,000 shares at Rs 358.85 per unit, including a premium of Rs 258.85 on a face value of Rs 100, aiming to raise Rs 74.46 crore. NMB Capital has been appointed as the issue manager. Currently, the company’s paid-up capital stands at Rs 80 crore. Established in 2012 and converted into a public company in 2021, HFHPL is Nepal’s first Limited Non-Banking Financial Company licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank and operates under the Golchha Group. The company has financed over 100,000 vehicles. ICRA Nepal has upgraded its long-term and short-term credit ratings, indicating a moderate degree of safety in servicing financial obligations. The company is mainly promoted by Hansraj Hulaschand and Company Pvt. Ltd., holding 82% stake, while other institutional promoters and Shekhar Golchha also hold shares
