सरकारले नेपालको सार्वजनिक वित्त व्यवस्थापनलाई पूर्ण रूपमा डिजिटल बनाउने तयारी गरेको छ। अर्थ मन्त्रालयलाई बुझाइएको प्रतिवेदनअनुसार आगामी पाँच वर्षभित्र बजेट निर्माण, कर प्रणाली, भन्सार र कोष व्यवस्थापनमा आर्टिफिसियल इन्टेलिजेन्स (एआई) र बिग डेटा प्रयोग गरिनेछ। एकीकृत वित्तीय प्लेटफर्म, फेसलेस ट्याक्स अडिट, विद्युतीय बीजक प्रणाली र सुरक्षित डाटा सेन्टर स्थापना गर्ने योजना पनि प्रतिवेदनले प्रस्ताव गरेको छ, जसबाट पारदर्शिता र राजस्व संकलनमा सुधार आउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।The government is preparing to fully digitalize Nepal’s public financial management system. According to a report submitted to the Ministry of Finance, artificial intelligence (AI) and big data will be used in budget preparation, tax administration, customs, and treasury management within the next five years. The report also proposes an integrated financial platform, a faceless tax audit system, an electronic invoicing system, and a secure financial data center, which is expected to improve transparency and revenue collection.
