पछिल्लो प्रतिनिधि सभा निर्वाचनपछि राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा) को उदयसँगै नेपालको सेयर बजारमा सकारात्मक उत्साह देखिएको छ। निर्वाचनपछि पहिलो कारोबार दिन नेप्से परिसूचक तीव्र रूपमा बढ्दै केही मिनेटमै तीन पटक सर्किट ब्रेक लागेपछि दिनभरका लागि कारोबार बन्द भएको थियो। नेप्से १६२.९३ अंकले बढेर २८७५.४३ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। रास्वपाले आफ्नो चुनावी वाचा पत्रमा सेबोनको स्वायत्तता, नेप्से र सिडिएससीको पुनर्संरचना, इन्ट्राडे तथा डेरिभेटिभ्स कारोबार सुरु गर्ने, इनसाइडर ट्रेडिङ नियन्त्रण गर्ने, एनआरएनलाई बजारमा प्रवेश गराउने र बन्ड बजार विकास गर्ने जस्ता सुधारका योजना अघि सारेको छ। यद्यपि यस्ता सुधारहरू कार्यान्वयन गर्न प्रशासनिक ढिलासुस्ती, नीतिगत जटिलता र स्वार्थ समूहहरूको दबाब जस्ता चुनौतीहरू पनि रहने विश्लेषण गरिएको छ।The rise of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) following Nepal’s recent parliamentary election has created optimism in the country’s stock market. फागुन २५ गते, सोमबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य घटेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ३ हजार ७०० रुपैयाँले घटेर ३ लाख १३ हजार २०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। यस्तै, चाँदीको मूल्य पनि तोलामा ६५ रुपैयाँले घटेर प्रतितोला ५ हजार ४१० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। On Monday, Falgun 25, the prices of both gold and silver decreased in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold fell by Rs. 3,700 per tola to Rs. 313,200 per tola. With their retirement, two key positions in the country’s central bank will become vacant. Both officials were appointed Deputy Governors on February 25, 2021 (Falgun 25, 2077 BS). According to the provisions of the Nepal Rastra Bank Act, the tenure of a Deputy Governor is fixed at five years. Despite the approaching retirement date, the process of appointing new Deputy Governors has not yet begun. Government officials say the delay is largely due to the election code of conduct currently in effect during the ongoing parliamentary elections. The Ministry of Finance, under the leadership of Finance Minister Rameshwar Prasad Khanal, had consulted the Election Commission of Nepal regarding whether the appointment process could proceed. However, to avoid potential controversy or violation of election regulations, the government decided not to move forward with the appointments at this stage.

फागुन २२ गते, शुक्रबार, नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य घटेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ४ हजार २०० रुपैयाँले घटेर ३ लाख १३ हजार ४०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। त्यस्तै चाँदीको मूल्य पनि ९५ रुपैयाँले घटेर प्रतितोला ५ हजार ४४५ रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ । On Friday, Falgun 22, prices of both gold and silver declined in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold fell by NPR 4,200 per tola to NPR 313,400 per tola. Similarly, silver also dropped by NPR 95 per tola and is currently being traded at NPR 5,445 per tola.

Petronet LNG, India’s largest importer of liquefied natural gas (LNG), has warned that some operations could be disrupted, raising concerns about tighter gas supply in the world’s most populous nation. According to a notice issued by the company to the stock exchange late Tuesday night, vessels may not be able to safely reach QatarEnergy’s loading port at Ras Laffan through the Strait of Hormuz. QatarEnergy, a key supplier for the Indian market, has already announced a temporary halt in LNG production earlier this week. In response to the situation, Petronet LNG said it has sent a “force majeure” notice to QatarEnergy regarding three of its tankers—Disha, Rahi, and Aseem. मतगणना सुरु भएको २४ घण्टाभित्रै प्रत्यक्षतर्फको नतिजा सार्वजनिक गर्ने निर्वाचन आयोगको दाबी काठमाडौं । निर्वाचन आयोगले मतदान सम्पन्न भई मतगणना सुरु भएको २४ घण्टाभित्रै प्रतिनिधिसभाको पहिलो हुने निर्वाचित हुने (प्रत्यक्ष) प्रणालीतर्फको मत परिणाम सार्वजनिक गर्ने तयारी रहेको जनाएको छ। भौगोलिक विकटता हुँदाहुँदै पनि छिटोभन्दा छिटो मतपेटिका संकलन गरी नतिजा सार्वजनिक गर्ने लक्ष्य आयोगले राखेको हो। कार्यवाहक प्रमुख निर्वाचन आयुक्त रामप्रसाद भण्डारीले पहाडी तथा हिमाली क्षेत्रका कारण मतपेटिका संकलनमा केही समय लाग्ने सम्भावना भए पनि सकेसम्म छिटो संकलन गर्ने प्रयास भइरहेको बताए। उनका अनुसार दुर्गम क्षेत्रमा रहेका मतपेटिका संकलन गर्न आवश्यक परे नेपाली सेनाको हेलिकोप्टर प्रयोग गरिनेछ।Election Commission Claims Direct Election Results Will Be Announced Within 24 Hours of Vote Counting Kathmandu — The Election Commission has stated that the results of the First-Past-The-Post (FPTP) or direct election system will be made public within 24 hours after vote counting begins. The commission said it is preparing to collect ballot boxes as quickly as possible and publish the results despite geographical challenges. Acting Chief Election Commissioner Ram Prasad Bhandari said that although it may take some time to collect ballot boxes from remote mountainous and hilly regions, efforts are being made to gather them as quickly as possible. He added that in areas where transportation is difficult, ballot boxes will be transported using helicopters of the Nepal Army.

प्रतिनिधि सभा निर्वाचनअघिको अन्तिम कारोबार दिन नेप्से परिसूचक ३८.५२ अंकले बढेर २७१२.४९ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। लगातार पाँच कारोबार दिनदेखि बजार उकालो लाग्दै आएको छ। यस दिन कारोबार रकम पनि बढेर ६ अर्ब २३ करोड रुपैयाँ नाघेको छ। सालपा विकास बैंकको शेयर सकारात्मक सर्किट लेभलमा कारोबार हुँदा पञ्चकन्या माइ हाइड्रोपावर, रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स र मोलुङ्ग हाइड्रोपावरको शेयर मूल्य उल्लेख्य रूपमा बढेको छ। १३ उपसमूहमध्ये १२ उपसमूहको परिसूचक बढ्दा जलविद्युत उपसमूह सर्वाधिक २.१३ प्रतिशतले उकालो लागेको छ।The NEPSE index rose by 38.52 points to close at 2,712.49 on the final trading day before the House of Representatives election, extending gains for the fifth consecutive session. Out of 13 sectoral indices, 12 closed higher, with the hydropower sector leading the market with a 2.13 percent increase.
