नबिल बैंक, बुटवल पावर कम्पनीसहित ७ वटा कम्पनीहरूको लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। लाभांश तथा वार्षिक साधारण सभा प्रयोजनार्थ बुटवल पावर कम्पनीले पुस १५ गते र अन्य ६ कम्पनीहरूले पुस १६ गते बुक क्लोज गर्दैछन्। आजसम्म नेप्सेमा सेयर खरिद गरी कायम सेयरधनीहरूले मात्र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न र साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्। कम्पनीहरूले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट नगद तथा बोनस सेयरको मिश्रित लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरेका छन्, जुन आगामी साधारण सभाबाट पारित भएपछि वितरण गरिनेछ। Today is the final day to secure dividends from seven companies, including Nabil Bank and Butwal Power Company. Butwal Power Company will close its books on Poush 15, while the remaining six companies will close on Poush 16 for dividend distribution and AGM purposes. The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 2.67 million shares worth a total of NPR 267 million.
