United Ajod Insurance Limited (यूएआईएल) ले १० प्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयरका लागि फागुन १७, २०८२ लाई बुक क्लोज मिति तोकेको छ। फागुन १६ सम्म सेयर कायम रहेका लगानीकर्ता हकप्रदका लागि योग्य हुनेछन्। कम्पनीले २३ लाख १० हजार कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्दै चुक्ता पुँजी २ अर्ब १० करोडबाट बढाएर २ अर्ब ३३ करोड रुपैयाँ पुर्याउनेछ। निष्काशन व्यवस्थापकका रूपमा लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटल लिमिटेड नियुक्त भएको छ। कम्पनीको सेयर मूल्य अन्तिम कारोबारमा प्रतिकित्ता ४५६.६० रुपैयाँमा बन्द भएको थियो।United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has fixed Falgun 17, 2082, as the book closure date for its 10% right share issue. Shareholders holding shares until Falgun 16 will be eligible to apply. The company will issue 23.1 lakh units of right shares worth Rs. 23.10 crore, increasing its paid-up capital from Rs. 2.10 Arba to Rs. 2.33 Arba. Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager. UAIL’s share price last closed at Rs. 456.60.
