यस्तै, ठूला जलविद्युत् तथा जलस्रोत आयोजनाको विकास र सञ्चालनमा संघीय इकाइबीच समन्वय र जिम्मेवारी बाँडफाँडका लागि आवश्यक कानुनी व्यवस्था निर्माण गर्नुपर्ने विषयमा पनि छलफल भयो। बैठकले जलस्रोतको दिगो उपयोग, संरक्षण र विकाससँगै नवीकरणीय ऊर्जाको विस्तारका लागि तीन तहबीचको समन्वयलाई थप प्रभावकारी बनाउने आधार तयार गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।The meeting also discussed the need to create the necessary legal arrangements for coordination and division of responsibility among federal units in the development and operation of large hydropower and water resource projects. The meeting is expected to lay the groundwork for making coordination among the federal, provincial and local levels more effective for the sustainable use, conservation and development of water resources, along with the expansion of renewable energy.
