यो ऋणपत्रको अवधि १० वर्षको हुनेछ र लगानीकर्ताले वार्षिक ६.२५ प्रतिशत ब्याजदरमा प्रतिफल पाउनेछन्। ऋणपत्रबाट संकलित रकम दीर्घकालीन वित्तीय स्रोत व्यवस्थापन, कर्जा विस्तार र अन्य बैंकिङ गतिविधिमा उपयोग गरिने बैंकले जनाएको छ। ऋणपत्र निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकका रूपमा सानिमा क्यापिटल लिमिटेड नियुक्त गरिएको छ।The debenture carries a tenure of 10 years and will offer investors an annual return of 6.25 percent. The bank has stated that funds raised through the debenture will be channeled toward long-term financial resource management, loan expansion, and other banking activities. Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the debenture.
