साउनयता ५ जलविद्युत् कम्पनीको मात्र आईपीओ स्वीकृत, ३७ कम्पनी अझै पर्खाइमाOnly 5 Hydropower IPOs Approved Since Mid-July, 37 Companies Still Await Clearance

चालू आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/०८३ को साउनयता नेपालमा केवल ५ वटा जलविद्युत् कम्पनीले मात्र आईपीओ निष्कासनको स्वीकृति पाएका छन्। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) का अनुसार सोलु, भुजुङ, रिड्ज लाइन इनर्जी, सुर्यकुण्ड र सुपर खुदी हाइड्रोपावरले आईपीओ अनुमति पाएका हुन्। यता, ३७ वटा अन्य जलविद्युत् कम्पनीहरू भने अझै आईपीओ स्वीकृतिको पर्खाइमा रहेका छन्, जसले जलविद्युत् क्षेत्रको सार्वजनिक निष्कासन प्रक्रिया सुस्त रहेको संकेत गर्छ।Since the beginning of fiscal year 2082/83, only five hydropower companies in Nepal have received approval to issue Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). According to the Nepal Securities Board (SEBON), Solu, Bhujung, Ridge Line Energy, Suryakunda, and Super Khudi Hydropower have been approved so far. Meanwhile, 37 other hydropower companies are still awaiting IPO clearance, highlighting delays in the public issuance process within the hydropower sector.

बिहीबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्यमा निरन्तर गिरावट आएको छ। सुनको मूल्य प्रतितोला १ हजार ४ सय रुपैयाँ र चाँदीको मूल्य प्रतितोला ५५ रुपैयाँले घटेको हो। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार सुन प्रतितोला २ लाख ५९ हजार ६ सय रुपैयाँ र चाँदी प्रतितोला ४ हजार ४१५ रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य लगातार तेस्रो दिन पनि ओरालो लागेको हो।Gold and silver prices declined in the Nepali market on Thursday for the third consecutive day. Gold fell by NPR 1,400 per tola and silver by NPR 55 per tola. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, gold is trading at NPR 259,600 per tola, while silver stands at NPR 4,415 per tola.

पुस १७ गते बिहीबार १४ वटा सूचीकृत कम्पनीहरूको लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्ने अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। आजसम्म नेप्सेमा सेयर खरिद गरी कायम रहेका सेयरधनीहरूले ती कम्पनीहरूले वितरण गर्ने लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न तथा साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। १४ मध्ये २ कम्पनीले पुस २० गते र बाँकी १२ कम्पनीले पुस १८ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने भएका छन्।Thursday, Poush 17, is the final day to secure dividends of 14 listed companies. Investors holding shares until today through NEPSE will be eligible to receive dividends and attend the respective Annual General Meetings. Among them, two companies will close their books on Poush 20, while the remaining twelve will conduct book closure on Poush 18.

पाल्पा सिमेन्टको आईपीओ पुस २५ गतेदेखि निष्कासनमाPalpa Cement IPO Issuance Begins from Poush 25

पाल्पा सिमेन्ट उद्योग लिमिटेडले पुस २५ गतेदेखि उद्योग प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा तथा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले जारी पूँजी ३ अर्ब ७५ करोड रुपैयाँको २० प्रतिशत बराबर ७५ लाख कित्ता सेयर निष्कासन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको छ। स्थानीय बासिन्दाका लागि १८ लाख ७५ हजार कित्ता र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि ५ लाख ६२ हजार ५०० कित्ता सेयर छुट्याइएको छ। आईपीओमा न्यूनतम १० र अधिकतम १ लाख कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ। इन्फोमेरिक्सले कम्पनीलाई ‘आईआरएन BB+’ रेटिङ दिएको छ भने बिक्री प्रबन्धक नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड रहेको छ।Palpa Cement Industries Limited is issuing an IPO from Poush 25 for project-affected local residents and Nepalis working abroad. The company has received approval to issue 7.5 million shares, equivalent to 20 percent of its NPR 3.75 billion paid-up capital. Of the total issue, 1.875 million shares are reserved for local residents and 562,500 shares for foreign-employed Nepalis. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 100,000 shares. Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal has assigned the company an IRN BB+ rating, and Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue manager.

सन् २०२५ को अन्तिम कारोबार दिन बुधबार नेप्से परिसूचक १०.५३ अंकले बढेर २६३३.७६ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। सम्भावित निर्वाचनको चर्चासँगै बजारले सकारात्मक गति लिएको देखिएको हो। यस दिन २६० कम्पनीका ५ अर्ब १३ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको शेयर कारोबार भयो। एसवाई प्यानल नेपाल र न्यादी हाइड्रोपावरको शेयर सकारात्मक सर्किटमा पुगेको छ भने सबै १३ उपसमूहको परिसूचक बढेको छ।On the final trading day of 2025, the NEPSE index rose by 10.53 points to close at 2,633.76, reflecting positive market sentiment amid election speculation. Total turnover exceeded NPR 5.13 billion with shares of 260 companies traded. Sy Panel Nepal and Nyadi Hydropower hit the positive circuit, and all 13 sectoral indices ended the session in positive territory.

जनताको जलविद्युत् कार्यक्रमअन्तर्गत निर्माण अघि बढिरहेको १०६ मेगावाट क्षमताको जगदुल्ला जलविद्युत् आयोजनासँगै अब १२४.३५ मेगावाट क्षमताको अर्को क्यासकेड जलविद्युत् आयोजना निर्माण हुने भएको छ । डोल्पा र जाजरकोटको सिमाना क्षेत्रमा पर्ने मुड्केचुला गाउँपालिका र नलगाड नगरपालिकामा फैलिएको यो आयोजना सुरुमा ८२.३ मेगावाट क्षमतामा प्रस्ताव गरिएको भए पनि विस्तृत अध्ययनपछि क्षमता बढाएर निर्माणको तयारी गरिएको हो ।Nepal’s hydropower map is set to gain new momentum as a 124.35 MW cascade hydropower project is planned alongside the under-construction 106 MW Jagdulla Hydropower Project under the People’s Hydropower Program. Located along the border areas of Mudkechula Rural Municipality in Dolpa and Nalgad Municipality in Jajarkot, the project was initially proposed at 82.3 MW but later upgraded following detailed technical assessments.
