२० अर्ब ४० करोड हराएको आरोप : नेपाल बैंक लिमिटेडमाथि महालेखा कार्यालयमा उजुरी, अख्तियारमा पनि उजुरी नेपाल बैंक लिमिटेडमा २० अर्ब ४० करोड रुपैयाँ हराएको विषयलाई लिएर गम्भीर आर्थिक अनियमितताको आशंका सार्वजनिक भएको छ। उक्त रकम हराएको भन्दै नेपाल बैंक लिमिटेडविरुद्ध महालेखापरीक्षकको कार्यालयमा खोजबिनको मागसहित औपचारिक उजुरी परेको छ। उक्त उजुरी बैंकका शेयरधनी अंगराज भारतीले दर्ता गराएका हुन्। भारतीले २०७४ चैत र २०७५ असारमा साना तथा मझौला उद्योग कर्जा शीर्षकमा स्वीकृत कर्जाको रकम बैंकको प्रणाली (सिस्टम) बाट हराएको दाबी गर्दै दोषीहरूमाथि कडा कारबाहीको माग गरेका छन्। यसअघि सोमबारमात्रै अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगले १९ लाख रुपैयाँ घुस लिएको अभियोगमा नेपाल बैंकका तत्कालीन अध्यक्ष डा. चन्द्रबहादुर अधिकारीसहित पाँच जनाविरुद्ध भ्रष्टाचार मुद्दा दायर गरिसकेको छ। यस्तै, अहिले २० अर्बको अनियमितता भएको भन्दै नयाँ उजुरी पनि अख्तियारमा पुगिसकेको छ।NPR 20.40 Billion Missing: Serious Allegations Filed Against Nepal Bank Limited A major financial scandal has surfaced involving Nepal Bank Limited, as a formal complaint has been lodged with the Office of the Auditor General, alleging that NPR 20.40 billion has mysteriously gone missing. The complaint, filed by shareholder Angraj Bharti, has also been submitted to the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), drawing nationwide attention. The allegations claim that loans sanctioned under the "Small and Medium Enterprises (SME)" category during the months of Chaitra 2074 BS and Asar 2075 BS were misused or disappeared from the banking system records.
