A founding shareholder of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has initiated the process to sell a portion of their founder shares. The company has issued a public notice inviting applications for the purchase of these shares within the promoter group. According to the notice, founder shareholder Pawan Kumar Sharma intends to sell a total of 8,096 units of founder shares at a minimum price of NPR 500 per share. The proposal has already been approved by the company’s Board of Directors, formally initiating the sale process.

बेनी हाइड्रोपावरको आईपीओ बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न, वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका १० हजार ४ सयलाई सेयर वितरण काठमाडौं । बेनी हाइड्रोपावर प्रोजेक्ट लिमिटेडले वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि निष्काशन गरेको साधारण सेयर (आईपीओ) को बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरेको छ। कम्पनीले जारी गरेको सूचनाअनुसार २०८२ साल चैत १५ गते उक्त सेयर बाँडफाँड गरिएको हो। कम्पनीले आफ्नो जारी पूँजी १ अर्ब ४ करोड रुपैयाँको १० प्रतिशत अर्थात १० करोड ४० लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको १० लाख ४० हजार कित्ता सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि छुट्याएको थियो। यसमध्ये १ लाख ४ हजार कित्ता सेयर वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि सुरक्षित गरिएको थियो।Beni Hydropower IPO Allotment Completed; 104,000 Shares Distributed to Nepalis Working Abroad Kathmandu.
