जलस्रोत व्यवस्थापनलाई संघीय ढाँचामा लैजान नयाँ छाता कानुनको तयारी सरकारले जलस्रोत व्यवस्थापनलाई संघीय संरचनाअनुसार व्यवस्थित गर्न नयाँ छाता कानुन ल्याउने तयारीलाई तीव्र बनाएको छ । Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation ले ‘जलस्रोत विधेयक २०८३’ को मस्यौदा परिमार्जन कार्य अन्तिम चरणमा पुर्याउँदै स्वीकृतिका लागि अघि बढाउने तयारी गरेको हो ।Government Preparing New Umbrella Law to Restructure Water Resource Management The government is accelerating preparations to introduce a new umbrella law aimed at restructuring water resource management in line with Nepal’s federal system. The Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation has completed the revision process of the proposed “Water Resources Bill 2083” and is preparing to move it forward for approval.
