      दुई महिनामै शेयर धितो कर्जा झण्डै ५ अर्बले बढ्यो, संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताको सक्रियता बढ्दो नेपालको पूँजी बजारसँग प्रत्यक्ष सम्बन्ध राख्ने शेयर धितो कर्जा (मार्जिन नेचर लोन) चालु आर्थिक वर्षका पहिलो दुई महिनामा झण्डै ५ अर्ब रुपैयाँले वृद्धि भएको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका पछिल्ला तथ्यांक अनुसार साउन र भदौ महिनामा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले ४ अर्ब ९० करोड ७० लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको थप शेयर धितो कर्जा प्रवाह गरेका छन्। यससँगै भदौ मसान्तसम्ममा कुल शेयर धितो कर्जा १ खर्ब ४५ अर्ब ६० करोड ९१ लाख रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। यो अघिल्लो असार मसान्तको १ खर्ब ४० अर्ब ७० करोड रुपैयाँ भन्दा ३.५ प्रतिशतले वृद्धि हो। गत वर्षको यही अवधिमा शेयर धितो कर्जा वृद्धि दर १०.७ प्रतिशत पुगेको थियो। यस वर्ष वृद्धिदर केही सुस्त देखिए पनि बैंकहरूको लगानी योग्य रकम बढ्नु, ब्याजदर घट्नु र संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताको बजार प्रवेश का कारण आगामी महिनाहरूमा थप विस्तारको सम्भावना देखिएको छ। विशेषगरी बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा तरलता प्रशस्त भएकाले पूँजी बजारतर्फ कर्जा प्रवाहको गति निरन्तर बढ्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ।Share-Backed (Margin Nature) Loans Increase by Nearly Rs. 5 Billion in Two Months — Institutional Investors Leading the Rise Share-backed loans, commonly known as margin nature loans, have increased by almost Rs. 5 billion during the first two months of the current fiscal year (2082/83). According to the latest data published by the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), banks and financial institutions (BFIs) disbursed an additional Rs. 4.90 billion (Rs. 4.90 crore 70 lakh) in loans against shares during Saun and Bhadau (July–September 2025). With this rise, the total outstanding share-backed loans have reached Rs. 145.60 billion (1.456 trillion) by the end of Bhadau. This represents a 3.5 percent increase compared to Rs. 140.70 billion recorded at the end of the previous fiscal year in Asar (June 2025).

      प्रतिनिधि सभा विघटनविरुद्ध सर्वोच्च अदालतमा रिट दायर, नयाँ मुद्दा दर्ताको पहिलो दिनमै राजनीतिक हलचल प्रतिनिधि सभा विघटनविरुद्ध सर्वोच्च अदालतमा रिट दायर गरिएको छ। मंगलबार बिहान सर्वोच्च अदालतमा दर्ता भएको उक्त रिटबारे जानकारी दिँदै अदालतका प्रवक्ता अर्जुनप्रसाद कोइरालाले सरकार असंवैधानिक रहेको भन्ने एक र प्रतिनिधि सभा विघटनविरुद्ध दुई वटा गरी जम्मा तीन रिट परेको जानकारी दिएका छन्। प्रवक्ता कोइरालाले भने, “रिट अध्ययनकै क्रममा छ। अध्ययनपछि बाँकी प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइनेछ।” यसअघि भदौ २४ गते ‘जेनजी प्रदर्शन’का क्रममा सर्वोच्च अदालत पूर्णरूपमा जलेको थियो। सो घटनापछि अदालतले नयाँ मुद्दा दर्ता लिन बन्द गरेको थियो। करिब ८० प्रतिशत मुद्दाका मिसिल जलेका कारण पुराना मुद्दा तत्काल अघि बढाउन नसकिने अवस्था उत्पन्न भएको थियो।Writ Filed at Supreme Court Against Dissolution of House of Representatives — First Major Case Since Court Fire Incident Kathmandu, October 14 — A writ petition has been filed at the Supreme Court of Nepal challenging the dissolution of the House of Representatives. The court’s spokesperson, Arjun Prasad Koirala, confirmed that a total of three petitions were registered on Tuesday morning — one alleging that the current government is unconstitutional and two directly challenging the dissolution of Parliament. “The writs are currently under study. Further proceedings will move forward after the review,” spokesperson Koirala said. This marks the first new case registered at the Supreme Court since the court building was completely destroyed by fire on Bhadra 24 during the so-called “GenZ protests.” Following the incident, the court had temporarily suspended the registration of new cases, as around 80 percent of case files were destroyed.

They must have been in operation for at least two years, maintain the minimum total capital fund requirement, keep non-performing loans (NPLs) below eight percent of their total loan portfolio, and ensure the net NPL ratio remains within three percent.

      तिहार लक्षित गर्दै राष्ट्र बैंकले यस वर्ष सुनको असर्फी वितरण नगर्ने, चाँदीको मेडालियन मात्र बिक्री हुने काठमाडौं, असोज २८ — आगामी तिहार (धनतेरस) पर्वलाई लक्षित गर्दै नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस वर्ष सुनको असर्फी बिक्री नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकको टक्सार महाशाखाले जारी गरेको सूचनामा असोज २६ गतेदेखि चाँदीका मेडालियन (सिक्का) मात्र बिक्री वितरण गरिने उल्लेख छ। टक्सार महाशाखाका अनुसार यस वर्ष लक्ष्मी मेडालियन (१० ग्राम) को मूल्य रु. ३,००० तोकिएको छ। प्रत्येक व्यक्तिलाई १ वटा मात्र मेडालियन खरिद गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। त्यस्तै, गणेश मेडालियन (१० ग्राम), गजलक्ष्मी मेडालियन (१० ग्राम) र गाई मेडालियन (१० ग्राम) पनि रु. ३,००० का दरले बिक्री गरिने सूचनामा उल्लेख छ। यी सबै मेडालियनहरू चाँदीका हुनेछन् र सीमित मात्रामा उपलब्ध हुने जनाइएको छ।Nepal Rastra Bank to Halt Sale of Gold Coins This Tihar, Only Silver Medallions Available Kathmandu, October 14 — Targeting the upcoming Tihar (Dhanteras) festival, the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced that it will not sell gold coins (Asarfi) this year. According to the NRB Mint Division, the price of the 10-gram Laxmi Medallion has been fixed at Rs. 3,000, and each individual will be allowed to purchase only one piece. Similarly, Ganesh Medallion (10 grams), Gajalaxmi Medallion (10 grams), and Cow Medallion (10 grams) will also be sold at Rs. 3,000 each, limited to one unit per person. All these medallions will be made of pure silver and will be available in limited quantities.

Compared to Monday’s price of Rs. 2,40,400 per tola, gold has increased by Rs. 8,100 per tola in a single day. The federation stated that the continuous rise in international gold prices has directly impacted the domestic market. The global rally has been driven by a weaker U.S. dollar and rising investor demand for gold as a safe-haven asset. Meanwhile, silver prices have also reached a record level. On Monday, silver was priced at Rs. 3,220 per tola, which has now risen to Rs. 3,325 per tola, marking an all-time high.

The meeting will take place at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu. The decision was made during the company’s 58th Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 22, 2082.
