श्रम, रोजगार तथा सामाजिक सुरक्षा मन्त्रालय ले वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा जाने कामदारको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गर्ने संस्थामा रहेको ‘सिन्डिकेट’ अन्त्य गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। मन्त्रिस्तरीय निर्णयअनुसार अब नेपाल सरकारबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त वा सरकारी स्वामित्वमा रहेका नयाँ स्वास्थ्य संस्थालाई सूचीकरण खुला गरिएको छ। यसअघि सीमित संस्थाबाट मात्रै स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गराउनुपर्ने व्यवस्था थियो र प्रति कामदार ६ हजार ६०० रुपैयाँ शुल्क लिइँदै आएको थियो। नयाँ निर्णयले सेवा सहज र प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security has decided to end the ‘syndicate’ in health checkups for workers going abroad for foreign employment. मंगलबार नेप्से परिसूचक १९.७० अंक बढेर २८५१.०९ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। पछिल्ला दुई दिन घटेको बजार यस दिन उठेको हो। सेन्सेटिभ इण्डेक्स ३.२६ अंक, फ्लोट इण्डेक्स १.२४ अंक र सेन्सेटिभ फ्लोट इण्डेक्स १.०२ अंकले बढेका छन्। कारोबार रकम घटेर ११ अर्ब ११ करोड रुपैयाँको कारोबार भएको छ। रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ्ग मिल्स, भुजुङ्ग हाइड्रोपावर, सुपर खुदी हाइड्रोपावर, रिज लाइन इनर्जी र होटल फरेष्ट इनको शेयर सकारात्मक सर्किटमा पुगेका छन्। सूर्यकुण्ड हाइड्रो इलेक्ट्रिकको शेयर १० प्रतिशत बढेको छ भने सप्तकोशी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकको शेयर ८.९६ प्रतिशत घटेको छ। रिडी हाइड्रोपावर, अपि पावर र एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर एण्ड डेभलपमेन्टको कारोबार सबैभन्दा बढी भएको छ। १३ उपसमूहमध्ये ११ उपसमूहको परिसूचक बढेको छ, उत्पादन तथा प्रशोधन उपसमूह सर्वाधिक १.९४ प्रतिशतले बढेको छ। On Tuesday, the NEPSE index rose by 19.70 points to close at 2,851.09, reversing the decline of the past two trading days. The Sensitive Index increased by 3.26 points, the Float Index by 1.24 points, and the Sensitive Float Index by 1.02 points. Trading volume dropped to NPR 1.111 billion. Shares of Reliance Spinning Mills, Bhujung Hydropower, Super Khudi Hydropower, Rizline Energy, and Hotel Forest Inn hit their positive circuit limits. SuryaKund Hydro Electric gained 10%, while Saptakoshi Development Bank fell by 8.96%. Ridi Hydropower, API Power, and NRN Infrastructure & Development recorded the highest trading values. Out of 13 subgroups, 11 saw gains, with the Production & Processing subgroup increasing the most by 1.94%.

नेपालका तीन प्रमुख लगानीकर्ता संगठनहरू—नेपाल धितोपत्र लगानीकर्ता संघ, नेपाल शेयर बजार लगानीकर्ता संघ र नेपाल शेयरधनी संघ—ले पूँजीबजार सुधारका लागि सरकारसमक्ष ८ बुँदे माग पेश गरेका छन्। उनीहरूले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड मा भएका अनियमितताको छानबिन, गैरआवासीय नेपालीलाई दोस्रो बजारमा लगानी खुला, कमजोर कम्पनीको प्रिमियम आईपीओ रोक्न, लगानीकर्ताको प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित गर्न तथा नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज को पुनर्संरचना प्रतिवेदन कार्यान्वयन गर्न सरकारसँग आग्रह गरेका छन्। लगानीकर्ताहरूले बजारलाई धराशायी हुनबाट जोगाउन तत्काल सुधार आवश्यक भएको बताएका छन्। Three major investor organizations in Nepal—Nepal Securities Investors Association, Nepal Share Market Investors Association and Nepal Shareholders Association—have submitted an 8-point demand to the government seeking urgent reforms in the capital market. They have called for an investigation into irregularities at the Securities Board of Nepal, permission for NRNs to invest in the secondary market, stricter rules for IPOs, investor representation in regulatory bodies, and immediate implementation of the restructuring report of the Nepal Stock Exchange. Investors say urgent action is needed to restore confidence and protect the market.

चैत १७ गते मंगलबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य बढेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार यस दिन छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ६ हजार ७०० रुपैयाँले बढेर २ लाख ९० हजार २०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। त्यस्तै, चाँदीको मूल्य पनि तोलामा १४५ रुपैयाँले वृद्धि भई ४ हजार ८४५ रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। Gold and silver prices increased in the Nepali market on Tuesday (Chaitra 17). According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of hallmark gold rose by Rs. 6,700 per tola to reach Rs. 290,200, while silver also increased by Rs. 145 per tola to Rs. 4,845.
