रिज लाइन इनर्जी लिमिटेडको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज (पुस २८ गते) अन्तिम दिन हो। यो आईपीओ पुस १३ गतेदेखि आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरुका लागि निष्काशन गरिएको हो। कम्पनीले १ अर्ब १८ करोड ५० लाख रुपैयाँको पूँजीको २२ प्रतिशत शेयर (२६ लाख ७ हजार कित्ता) निष्काशन गरेको छ। गोरखा र लमजुङ्गका स्थानिय बासिन्दाहरुले १० देखि ५० हजार कित्तासम्मको शेयर आवेदन दिन सक्छन्। कम्पनीलाई केयर रेटिङ्ग नेपालले मध्यम जोखिमको रेटिङ्ग प्रदान गरेको छ। प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेडमार्फत आवेदन गर्न सकिन्छ।Today (January 12, 2026) is the last day to apply for the IPO issued by Riz Line Energy Limited, which was launched on January 13 for the local residents of the project-affected areas. The company is issuing 26,07,000 shares, which is 22% of its capital of NPR 118.5 million. Residents of Gorkha and Lamjung districts can apply for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 50,000 shares. The company has been rated with moderate risk by Care Ratings Nepal. Applications can be submitted through Prabhu Capital Limited.
