एमबिएल इक्विटी फण्डको नेभ घट्दै १०.३६ रुपैयाँमा स्थिर एमबिएल इक्विटी फण्ड ले भदौ महिनाको नेभ (नेट एसेट भ्यालु) विवरण सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। माछापुच्छ्रे क्यापिटल लिमिटेडद्वारा सञ्चालित १२ वर्षे बन्द प्रकारको यो म्युचुअल फण्ड योजनाको नेभ भदौ मसान्तसम्म घटेर रु. १०.३६ पुगेको हो। अघिल्लो महिनामा नेभ रु. १०.६० रहेको थियो। कम्पनीले सार्वजनिक गरेको विवरणअनुसार, रु. १.२१ अर्बको प्रारम्भिक कोष आकार रहेको फण्डले सूचीकृत कम्पनीका सेयरमा रु. ९५.६१ करोड लगानी गरेको छ। त्यस्तै, रु. १२ करोड स्थायी निक्षेप योजनामा र रु. १६.०६ करोड बैंक मौज्दातमा रहेको छ। भदौ महिनामा फण्डले रु. ९५.४८ लाख घाटा ब्यहोरेको छ। तर अघिल्लो साउन महिनामा भने यसले रु. १.९३ करोड नाफा कमाएको थियो। फण्ड व्यवस्थापकका अनुसार, बजारमा देखिएको अस्थिरता र शेयरमूल्यमा आएको गिरावटले नेभमा असर पारेको हो।MBL Equity Fund NAV Declines to Rs. 10.36 MBL Equity Fund has published its Net Asset Value (NAV) report for the month of Bhadra. The 12-year closed-end mutual fund scheme, managed by Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited, recorded a NAV of Rs. 10.36 as of the end of Bhadra, compared to Rs. 10.60 in the previous month. According to the financial report, the fund, which began with a size of Rs. 1.21 Arba, has invested Rs. 95.61 crores in listed company shares, Rs. 12 crores in fixed deposits, and holds Rs. 16.06 crores in bank balance.

Other members included Sharan Adhikari, Director of Nepal Rastra Bank, Niranjan Phuyal, Acting Executive Director of Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), and Sharad Neupane, Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Finance, who also served as the member-secretary. The task force was created after the stock market, which had remained closed for over a week following the Gen Z movement, reopened last Thursday and plunged by 160 points. Starting from Kartik 16, 2082 (November 1, 2025), a total of 5,541,295 shares held by founders, project-affected locals, and company employees will become tradable in the secondary market. Out of this, 4.96 million shares are held by the company’s founders, 569,695 shares by project-affected locals, and 11,600 shares by employees. These shares had been under a mandatory three-year lock-in period after the company’s IPO allotment.

झापा इनर्जी लिमिटेडको आईपीओ बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न काठमाडौं । झापा इनर्जी लिमिटेडले भदौ २० गतेदेखि ३० गतेसम्म सर्वसाधारणमा निष्काशन गरेको आईपीओ आज बाँडफाँट भएको छ। बिक्री प्रबन्धक हिमालयन क्यापिटल लिमिटेडका अनुसार आईपीओमा आवेदक मध्ये ४७ हजार ३ सय २७ जनाले १०–१० कित्ता र ६ जनाले ११–११ कित्ता शेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन्। बाँडफाँटको नतिजा हिमालयन क्यापिटल, मेरोसेयर एकाउन्ट, सीडीएस एण्ड क्लियरिङको वेबसाइट (https://iporesult.cdsc.com.np/) र कम्पनीको आधिकारिक वेबसाइट बाट हेर्न सकिनेछ। कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ दरमा ९ लाख ५० हजार ४७५ कित्ता आईपीओ निष्काशन गर्न गत असार ३१ गते नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट अनुमति पाएको थियो। यसअघि जारी पूँजीको १० प्रतिशत अर्थात् ३ लाख ८० हजार १९० कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा र १५ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ५७ हजार २९ कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा गएका नेपालीलाई बिक्री गरी बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न भइसकेको छ।IPO Allotment of Jhapa Energy Limited Completed Kathmandu – The IPO allotment of Jhapa Energy Limited, which was issued to the general public from Bhadra 20 to Bhadra 30, has been completed today. According to the issue manager, Himalayan Capital Limited, a total of 47,327 applicants received 10 shares each, while 6 applicants received 11 shares each. Investors can check the IPO results through Himalayan Capital, their MeroShare accounts, the CDS and Clearing website (https://iporesult.cdsc.com.np/), and the company’s official website. Jhapa Energy had received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Ashad 31 to issue a total of 950,475 shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share.

According to data from the Department of Customs, Nepal enjoyed positive trade balances with about a dozen countries out of 126 trading partners. The largest surplus came from Germany. Imports from Germany amounted to Rs. 7.16 billion, while exports surged to Rs. 8.72 billion, leaving Nepal with a surplus of more than Rs. 1.56 billion. Major exports to Germany included handmade carpets, garments, handicrafts, and tea and coffee products. Nepal also posted a notable surplus with Russia. According to the Department of Customs, imports from India reached Rs. 173.54 billion, while exports stood at just Rs. 38.35 billion. Although Nepal and India share a traditionally close trade relationship, the data shows that Nepal has become increasingly dependent on India for essential goods. Petroleum products, vehicles, food grains, medicines, and textiles are among the major items imported from India.
