गार्डियन माइक्रोको विशेष साधारणसभा स्थगित, हकप्रदमा चलखेलको आशंका गार्डियन माइक्रो लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीको विशेष साधारणसभा स्थगित भएको छ । नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणको निर्देशनपछि कम्पनीले वैशाख ५ गतेका लागि तय भएको सभा स्थगित गरेको हो । कम्पनीले १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न सभा बोलाएको थियो । गत चैत १८ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले हकप्रद निष्कासनका लागि सभा आह्वान गर्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो । तर, प्राधिकरणबाट पूर्वस्वीकृति नलिई हकप्रद निष्कासन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको भन्दै प्राधिकरणले नियमकानुनी हस्तक्षेप गरेको छ ।Guardian Micro's Special General Meeting Postponed, Suspicions of Manipulation in Rights Issue The special general meeting of Guardian Micro Life Insurance Company has been postponed. The company deferred the meeting, scheduled for April 18, following a directive from the Nepal Insurance Authority. The meeting was called to approve a proposal for issuing 100% rights shares. The company’s board of directors, in a meeting on March 31, had decided to convene the special general meeting for this purpose. However, the Authority intervened, citing regulatory concerns, as the company proceeded with the rights issue without prior approval.
