असोज ९ गते, बिहीबार नेपाली बजारमा सुनको मूल्यमा ठुलो गिरावट आएको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार यसदिन छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला रु. १,७०० ले घटेर रु. २,२१,३०० मा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। अघिल्लो दिन अर्थात् बुधबार यसको मूल्य रु. २,२३,००० मा पुगेको थियो, जुन हालसम्मकै उच्च दर थियो।On Thursday, September 25 (Ashoj 9), the Nepali bullion market witnessed a sharp decline in prices of precious metals. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold fell by Rs. 1,700 per tola, settling at Rs. 221,300. Just a day earlier, on Wednesday, the price had hit an all-time high of Rs. 223,000 per tola.

शेयर बजार फेरि दबाबमा काठमाडौं । जेनजी आन्दोलनपछि केही दिन आंशिक सुधार देखिएको शेयर बजार बुधबार पुनः दबाबमा परेको छ। मंगलबारसम्म १७० अंकको सुधार गर्दै लगानीकर्तामा आशा जगाएको नेप्से परिसूचक बुधबार भने २७.८९ अंकले घटेर २६५४.३५ बिन्दुमा झ¥यो। यस दिन कारोबार रकम पनि घट्यो। मंगलबार ५ अर्ब रुपैयाँभन्दा बढीको कारोबार भएको बजारमा बुधबार ४ अर्ब १२ करोड रुपैयाँबराबरको मात्र किनबेच भयो। विश्लेषकहरूका अनुसार नाफा सुरक्षित गर्ने प्रवृत्ति र दशैं खर्च व्यवस्थापनका कारण बजारमा बिक्रीको चाप बढेको हो।Stock Market Under Pressure Again After showing some recovery in the last two trading days following the Gen-Z protests, Nepal’s stock market once again came under pressure on Wednesday. ओईसिडीको प्रतिवेदन : विश्व आर्थिक वृद्धिदर क्रमशः घट्दै काठमाडौं । आर्थिक सहयोग तथा विकास संगठन (ओईसिडी) ले सार्वजनिक गरेको पछिल्लो प्रतिवेदनले विश्व अर्थतन्त्रको वृद्धिदर क्रमशः घट्दै जाने प्रक्षेपण गरेको छ। प्रतिवेदनअनुसार सन् २०२४ मा ३.३ प्रतिशत रहेको आर्थिक वृद्धिदर सन् २०२५ मा ३.२ प्रतिशतमा झर्नेछ भने सन् २०२६ मा झनै घटेर २.९ प्रतिशतमा सीमित हुने अनुमान गरिएको छ। ओईसिडीका अनुसार वृद्धिदरमा आएको यस गिरावटका मुख्य कारणहरूमा अग्रिम व्यापार आपूर्ति प्रणालीको अन्त्य, भन्सार दरमा वृद्धि र नीतिगत अनिश्चितता रहेका छन्, जसले लगानी र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय व्यापारलाई कमजोर बनाएको छ। यद्यपि दीर्घकालीन अनुमान कमजोर देखिए पनि सन् २०२५ को पहिलो छ महिनामा केही उदाउँदो अर्थतन्त्रहरूले अपेक्षाभन्दा राम्रो प्रदर्शन गरेका छन्। भन्सार बढ्नुअघि व्यापारीहरूले आपूर्ति तीव्र पारेका कारण उत्पादन र व्यापारमा अस्थायी वृद्धि देखिएको हो।OECD Report: Global Economic Growth Projected to Decline Gradually Kathmandu – The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has projected that global economic growth will continue to decline in the coming years. According to its latest report, the world economy, which grew by 3.3% in 2024, is expected to slow down to 3.2% in 2025 and further fall to 2.9% in 2026. The OECD highlighted several key reasons behind this slowdown, including the end of advanced trade supply mechanisms, rising tariffs, and policy uncertainty, all of which have weakened investment and international trade. Despite the weak long-term outlook, some emerging economies showed stronger-than-expected performance in the first half of 2025. This was mainly due to businesses accelerating shipments before tariff hikes, leading to a temporary boost in production and trade.

आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पहिलो दुई महिनामा काकरभिट्टाबाट आयात ९ प्रतिशतले बढेर रु ८.१९ अर्ब पुगेको छ भने निर्यात २०.६९ प्रतिशतले घटेर रु ३.०६ अर्बमा झरेको छ। तर राजस्व संकलन भने ८.६२ प्रतिशतले बढ्दै रु २.६२ अर्ब पुगेको छ। यो तथ्यांकले नेपालमा आयातमा बढ्दो निर्भरता र निर्यात क्षमतामा कमजोरी देखाएको छ।In the first two months of FY 2082/83, imports through Kakarbhitta jumped by 9% to Rs. 8.19 billion, while exports plunged by 20.69% to Rs. 3.06 billion. एसवाई प्यानल नेपाल लिमिटेडको आईपीओ आजदेखि निष्काशन खुला काठमाडौं । जेन–जी आन्दोलनका कारण स्थगित भएको एसवाई प्यानल नेपाल लिमिटेडको प्राथमिक शेयर (IPO) निष्काशन आज असोज ७ गतेदेखि खुला भएको छ। कम्पनीले भदौ १७ गते नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) बाट जारी पूँजी १ अर्ब ३० करोड ८९ लाख ३७ हजार १०० रुपैयाँको ४० प्रतिशत अर्थात ५२ करोड ३२ लाख ५४ हजार ८०० रुपैयाँ बराबरका ५२ लाख ३२ हजार ५४८ कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको थियो।IPO of SY Panel Nepal Limited Opens from Today Kathmandu – The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of SY Panel Nepal Limited, which was previously postponed due to the Gen-Z movement, has officially opened for subscription from today, Ashoj 7. On Bhadra 17, the company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 40% of its issued capital worth NPR 1.3089 billion – equivalent to 5,232,548 shares valued at NPR 523.25 million at a par value of NPR 100 each.

On Thursday (Ashwin 2), the NEPSE index plunged by nearly 160 points, wiping out around NPR 300 billion in market capitalization in a single day. सनिमा बैंकको ७.३६८५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश प्रस्ताव सनिमा बैंक लिमिटेड (SANIMA) ले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि ७.३६८५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको असोज ३ गते बसेको बैठकले करसहित नगद लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरेको हो। यस अनुसार बैंकले करिव १ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको लाभांश वितरण गर्नेछ। हाल बैंकको चुक्ता पुँजी १३.५८ अर्ब रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयलाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक (NRB) बाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त भएपछि वार्षिक साधारणसभाबाट अनुमोदन गरी कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याइने बैंकले जनाएको छ।Sanima Bank Proposes 7.3685% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82 Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has proposed a 7.3685% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made in the Board of Directors’ meeting held on Ashwin 3, 2082. According to the proposal, the bank will distribute dividends worth Rs. 1.00 Arba. The bank’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 13.58 Arba.
