सरकारद्वारा एक वर्षभित्र पाँच सार्वजनिक संस्थान खारेज गर्ने निर्णय सरकारले पूर्ण वा बहुसंख्यक स्वामित्वमा रहेका पाँच सार्वजनिक संस्थानलाई एक वर्षभित्र खारेज गर्ने कार्ययोजना स्वीकृत गरेको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद् कार्यालयबाट स्वीकृत कार्ययोजनामा ती संस्थानलाई खारेज गरी उनीहरूको सम्पत्ति नेपाल सरकारको नाममा ल्याइने उल्लेख छ। खारेज हुने सार्वजनिक संस्थानहरू यसप्रकार छन्: जनकपुर चुरोट कारखाना बुटवल धागो कारखाना नेपाल इन्जिनियरिङ कन्सल्टेन्सी सेवा केन्द्र नेशनल कन्स्ट्रक्सन कम्पनी नेपाल नेपाल ओरियन्ड म्याग्नेसाइट कार्ययोजना अनुसार एक वर्षभित्र सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न गर्ने लक्ष्य राखिएको छ। यी संस्थानहरूलाई विघटन गरेपछि सम्पत्ति तथा दायित्व व्यवस्थापन अर्थ मन्त्रालयमार्फत गरिनेछ भने अनुगमन कार्य प्रधानमन्त्री कार्यालयले गर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। सरकारको यो कदम अकार्यकारी, घाटामा चलिरहेका वा अर्द्धनिष्क्रिय संस्थानको पुनर्संरचना तथा आर्थिक अनुशासन कायम राख्नेसम्बन्धी नीति अनुरूप भएको बताइएको छ। अबको चरणमा खारेज प्रकृयालाई कानुनी र व्यवस्थापकीय ढाँचामा अगाडि बढाइनेछ।Government to Liquidate Five State-Owned Enterprises Within a Year, Assets to Be Transferred to Nepal Government The Government of Nepal has approved a plan to liquidate five fully or majority state-owned public enterprises within the next one year. Sampada Laghubitta has put a total of 29,400 promoter shares up for sale. These shares are open for purchase by any individual or institution. Interested buyers must submit a written application stating the number of shares they wish to purchase within 15 days at the company's central office located in Bandipur-1, Dumre, Tanahun. In contrast, Manjushree Finance Limited has also offered its promoter shares for sale but has not disclosed the number of shares being offered. Additionally, only existing promoter shareholders of Manjushree Finance are eligible to purchase these shares, restricting general public participation. These promoter share sales may lead to changes in the ownership structure of the companies and also present an opportunity for institutional investors looking to gain promoter-level stake in financial institutions.
