नेपालका बैंकहरूले Basel III निर्देशिका अनुसार आफ्नो पूँजी संरचना मजबुत पार्न गम्भीर पहल गरेका छन्। कुल पूँजी कोष हेर्दा, ठूला बैंकहरूले गाभ्ने प्रक्रिया तिव्र पारेका छन् भने साना बैंकहरूले आन्तरिक व्यवस्थापन सुधार्न जोड दिएका छन्। आगामी दिनमा पूँजी मजबुतीका कारण बैंकिङ क्षेत्रको स्थायित्व बढ्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ, जसले समग्र आर्थिक वृद्धिमा सकारात्मक प्रभाव पार्नेछ।Nepal’s commercial banks are clearly working hard to strengthen their capital bases in line with Basel III regulations. Larger banks are aggressively pursuing mergers and acquisitions, while smaller banks are enhancing their internal financial health. With stronger capital foundations, Nepal’s banking sector is expected to become even more stable, contributing positively to the country’s overall economic growth.
