पुस ३ गते बिहीबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य बढेको छ। सुन प्रतितोला ७०० रुपैयाँले बढेर २ लाख ६० हजार ४०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी तोलामा २५ रुपैयाँले वृद्धि भई ४ हजार ८० रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ, जुन हालसम्मकै उच्च मूल्य हो। On Thursday, Poush 3, gold and silver prices increased in the Nepali market. Gold rose by Rs 700 per tola to Rs 260,400, while silver increased by Rs 25 per tola to Rs 4,080, marking its highest level so far.

अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न राष्ट्र बैंकले आज २० अर्ब रुपैयाँ तान्दै नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा देखिएको अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न आज पुनः २० अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको रकम तान्ने भएको छ। केन्द्रीय बैंकले निक्षेप संकलन उपकरण प्रयोग गर्दै उक्त रकम बैंकिङ प्रणालीबाट बाहिर ल्याउन लागेको हो। राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार आज दिउँसो २ बजे निक्षेप संकलनका लागि बोलकबोल प्रक्रिया सञ्चालन गरिनेछ। बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले तोकिएको समयभित्र ब्याजदर प्रस्तावसहित बोलकबोलमा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। निक्षेप दिन इच्छुक बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले न्यूनतम १० करोड रुपैयाँ र अधिकतम आह्वान गरिएको कुल रकमसम्म, ५ करोड रुपैयाँले भाग गर्दा निःशेष भाग जाने गरी बोलकबोल गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। यसले बोलकबोल प्रक्रियालाई व्यवस्थित र प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बनाउने राष्ट्र बैंकको अपेक्षा छ।Nepal Rastra Bank to Absorb Rs 20 Billion to Manage Excess Liquidity Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is set to withdraw Rs 20 billion from the banking system on Sunday as part of its ongoing efforts to manage excess liquidity. The central bank will use its deposit collection instrument to absorb surplus funds currently circulating within the financial system. According to NRB, the bidding process for the deposit collection will take place at 2:00 PM. Commercial banks as well as development and finance companies will be able to participate in the auction by submitting interest rate bids within the specified timeframe.

According to the NPC, provinces and local governments seeking federal matching and special grants must submit their proposals by the end of mid-January. नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले धितोपत्र दर्ता तथा निष्कासन नियमावली, २०७३ संशोधन गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको छ। संशोधनका प्रस्तावहरू छलफलका लागि सञ्चालक समितिमा पेस गरिने तयारी भइरहेको छ। प्रस्तावित संशोधनमा क्षेत्रगत रूपमा फरक–फरक निष्कासन मापदण्ड लागू गर्ने, जलविद्युत कम्पनीका लागि उत्पादन सुरु भएपछि मात्र निष्कासन अनुमति दिने, न्यून नेटवर्थ भएका कम्पनीसम्बन्धी व्यवस्था स्पष्ट गर्ने तथा संस्थापक शेयरको लक–इन अवधि चरणबद्ध रूपमा खुला गर्ने व्यवस्था समावेश छन्। साथै बुक बिल्डिङ र प्रिमियम मूल्यमा हुने शेयर निष्कासनसम्बन्धी नियमहरू परिमार्जन गरिनेछ। यद्यपि, अघिल्ला उदाहरणका आधारमा नियमावली स्वीकृत भई कार्यान्वयनमा आउन अझै लामो समय लाग्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ।The Securities Board of Nepal has initiated the process to amend the Securities Registration and Issuance Regulation, 2073, with proposed changes set to be discussed at the board level. पाँच महिनामा ३८ अर्बभन्दा बढी वैदेशिक लगानी प्रतिबद्धता, तर ऊर्जा र पूर्वाधारमा आकर्षण कमजोर चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को पहिलो पाँच महिनामा नेपालले झण्डै ३९ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको वैदेशिक प्रत्यक्ष लगानी (एफडीआई) प्रतिबद्धता प्राप्त गरेको छ। उद्योग विभागले सार्वजनिक गरेको विवरणअनुसार साउनदेखि मंसिरसम्म स्वीकृत भएका परियोजनामार्फत ३८ अर्ब ५९ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी लगानी प्रतिबद्धता आएको हो। यस अवधिमा कुल ४३८ वटा विदेशी लगानीसम्बन्धी परियोजना स्वीकृत भएका छन्। परियोजनाको संख्याका आधारमा सूचना तथा सञ्चार प्रविधि (आईसीटी) क्षेत्र अग्रस्थानमा देखिएको छ। कुल स्वीकृत परियोजनामध्ये २३६ वटा आईसीटीसँग सम्बन्धित छन्, जसले आधाभन्दा बढी हिस्सा ओगटेको छ। यसले नेपाल डिजिटल सेवा र आउटसोर्सिङको सम्भावित गन्तव्यका रूपमा स्थापित हुँदै गएको संकेत दिन्छ।Nepal Secures Over Rs 38 Billion in FDI Commitments in Five Months, Energy Sector Lags Behind Nepal has received foreign direct investment (FDI) commitments worth more than Rs 38.59 billion during the first five months of the current fiscal year 2022/23 (mid-July to mid-December), according to data released by the Department of Industry.
