According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, hallmark gold was traded at Rs. 212,000 per tola and silver at Rs. 2,500 per tola, marking the highest rates ever recorded.

However, the commission, in its approval granted on Bhadra 20, has allowed the company to issue rights shares only in a 1:0.74 ratio.

Siddhartha Bank is the fund promoter, while Siddhartha Capital Limited is the fund manager and depository. The distribution process started from Bhadra 18. The three closed-end schemes — Siddhartha Equity Fund, Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme–2, and Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme–3 — had declared cash dividends of 20%, 20%, and 17% (inclusive of tax), respectively. Unitholders who have not yet updated their bank account details linked with their DEMAT accounts have been requested to do so immediately. Similarly, those who have not dematerialized their units are required to contact Siddhartha Capital’s office for dematerialization, after which the dividend will be credited.

Out of the company’s total 2.25 million issued shares, 5 percent — or 112,500 shares — had been allocated to mutual funds, which were under a mandatory lock-in provision. The company had issued 1.845 million shares to the general public at a face value of Rs. 100 per share from Falgun 11 to Falgun 15, 2081 BS, with allotment completed on Falgun 23. As per regulations, shares allocated to mutual funds must remain under lock-in for six months from the date of allotment. With this period now completed, those shares are eligible for trading in the secondary market starting today.

नेपाल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर बैंक : ६.३१% नगद लाभांश घोषणा नेपाल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर बैंक लिमिटेडले आफ्ना शेयरधनीलाई ६.३१५८ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। बैंकको भदौ १९ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले उक्त निर्णय गरेको हो। बैंकले वितरण गर्ने लाभांश हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको आधारमा हुनेछ। यस प्रस्तावलाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक तथा अर्थ मन्त्रालयको स्वीकृति र आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले पारित गरेपछि मात्र कार्यान्वयनमा ल्याइनेछ। यसअघि पनि बैंकले शेयरधनीहरूलाई स्थिर लाभांश प्रदान गर्दै आएको छ भने, यो वर्षको घोषणा लगानीकर्तामाझ उत्साहजनक समाचारको रूपमा लिइएको छ।Nepal Infrastructure Bank Announces 6.31% Cash Dividend Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited has declared a 6.3158% cash dividend (including tax) for its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The decision was made during the bank’s Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 19. The proposed dividend will be distributed based on the current paid-up capital of the bank. However, the distribution will only take place after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank, the Ministry of Finance, and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This latest dividend announcement has been viewed positively by investors, reflecting the bank’s continued effort to provide stable returns to its shareholders.

सुनचाँदी बजारमा रेकर्ड तोड वृद्धि आज शुक्रबार सुनचाँदी बजारमा ऐतिहासिक मूल्य वृद्धि भएको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार तोलाको २ हजार ५ सय रुपैयाँले बढ्दै सुनको मूल्य हालसम्मकै उच्च विन्दुमा पुगेको हो। यस दिन तोलाको मूल्य २ लाख १० हजार ४ सय रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ। अघिल्लो दिन (बिहीबार) तोलाको मूल्य २ लाख ७ हजार ९ सय रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भएको थियो। त्यसैगरी, चाँदीको मूल्य पनि वृद्धिसँगै तोलाको २ हजार ४ सय ९० रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ, जुन हिजोभन्दा १० रुपैयाँले बढि हो।Gold and Silver Prices Hit Record Highs On Friday, gold and silver prices in Nepal surged to historic levels. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold increased by Rs. 2,500 per tola, reaching an all-time high of Rs. 210,400 per tola. On Thursday, gold was traded at Rs. 207,900 per tola. Similarly, silver also gained Rs. 10 per tola, with its price fixed at Rs. 2,490 per tola compared to Rs. 2,480 per tola the previous day.

झापा इनर्जी लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणमा आईपीओ निष्काशन सुरु झापा इनर्जी लिमिटेडले आज (भदौ २० गते) देखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपीओ) खुला गरेको छ। कम्पनीले प्रति शेयर १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा कुल ९ लाख ५० हजार ४७५ कित्ता शेयर नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट असार ३१ गते प्राप्त स्वीकृतिअनुसार निष्काशन गर्न लागेको हो। यसअघि कम्पनीले जारी पुँजीको १० प्रतिशत अर्थात् ३ लाख ८० हजार १९० कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीयवासीका लागि र १५ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ५७ हजार २९ कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपाली श्रमिकका लागि आईपीओ बिक्री गरिसकेको छ। त्यस्तै, २८ हजार ५१४ कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोष र ११ हजार ४०६ कित्ता कर्मचारीलाई सुरक्षित गरिएको छ।Jhapa Energy Limited Opens IPO for General Public Jhapa Energy Limited has opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public starting today (Bhadra 20). The company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on Ashad 31 to issue a total of 950,475 shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share. Earlier, the company had already allocated 380,190 shares (10% of issued capital) to locals of the project-affected area and 57,029 shares (15%) to Nepali citizens working abroad. Similarly, 28,514 shares were reserved for mutual funds, and 11,406 shares were set aside for company employees.
