नेपाल इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनीले साउन ६ गतेदेखि ३४.७८३% हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गर्न लागेको छ। जेठ २९ गतेसम्म सेयर राखेका सेयरधनीले साउन २६ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। कम्पनीले ६५ लाख ७६ हजार कित्ता सेयर प्रतिकित्ता रु. १०० मा जारी गर्दैछ, जसको कुल रकम रु. ६५ करोड भन्दा बढी हुनेछ। बिक्री प्रबन्धक एनआईएमबि एस क्यापिटल रहेको छ र आवेदन मेरो सेयर वा आस्वा सेवामार्फत दिन सकिनेछ। बाँडफाँटपछि चुक्ता पूँजी १.८९ अर्बबाट २.५४ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ।Nepal Insurance Company Limited is issuing 34.783% rights shares starting from Shrawan 6. Shareholders holding shares till Jestha 29 are eligible to apply until Shrawan 26. The company is offering 6.57 million shares at Rs. 100 par value, totaling over Rs. 657 million. The issuance is managed by NIMB Ace Capital, and applications can be submitted via Mero Share (CASBA) or designated banks. After allotment, NICL’s paid-up capital will increase from Rs. 1.89 billion to Rs. 2.54 billion.
