नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले आज साँझ ५ बजे सञ्चालन हुने सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको आयोजना गरेको छ। बैठकमा नयाँ स्टक एक्सचेञ्जको लाइसेन्स दिने र नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) को पुनर्संरचनासम्बन्धी विषयमा छलफल हुने बताइएको छ। नयाँ स्टक एक्सचेञ्जको लाइसेन्सका लागि नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका सञ्चालक चिन्तामणी शिवाकोटीको नेतृत्वमा बनेको अध्ययन समितिको प्रतिवेदन कार्यान्वयन गर्ने विषयमा बैठकमा छलफल हुनेछ। बैठकले प्रतिवेदनमा समेटिएका निर्णयलाई कार्यान्वयनका लागि आवश्यक कदम उठाउने तयारी गरेको छ।Securities Board Meeting in Progress, Major Agenda to Grant License for New Stock Exchange The Nepal Securities Board has scheduled a board meeting at 5 PM today. Regarding the new stock exchange license, the meeting will deliberate on the report prepared by a study committee led by Chintamani Shivakoti, the director of Nepal Rastra Bank. The committee's report will be discussed for implementation, and necessary decisions will be made in the meeting.

From now on, both the buyer and seller must submit their bank statements and KYC forms before the property transaction is approved. The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation implemented this rule under Section 7(n), Sub-section (2) of the Money Laundering Prevention Act, 2008 (2064 BS). The company opened its IPO on Jestha 6 targeting local residents of the project-affected areas and Nepali citizens working abroad. Out of the total 4,454,596 shares, 909,101 shares are allocated to locals of Gorkha's Darchhe Rural Municipality, 354,550 shares for Nepalis working abroad, 70,910 for employees, 177,275 for mutual funds, and 2,942,760 shares for the general public.

नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका गभर्नर डा. विश्वनाथ पौडेलले केही सीमित व्यक्तिहरुले ठूलो परिमाणमा ऋण लिएको आशंका व्यक्त गरेका छन्। एक अध्ययन अनुसार ०.०१ प्रतिशत ऋणीले ३.९ प्रतिशत ऋण लिएको देखिएपछि उनले बाफिया कानुनमार्फत यसमा स्पष्ट व्यवस्था गर्न सांसदहरुलाई आग्रह गरे। उनले सञ्चालक, ऋण अधिकार, र बैंक–व्यवसाय छुट्टयाउने कुरामा कानुनी परिभाषा आवश्यक भएको बताए ।Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Dr. Bishwanath Paudel has raised concerns that a small group of individuals may be receiving a disproportionately large share of bank loans. Citing a study showing 0.01% of borrowers hold 3.9% of total credit, he urged lawmakers to address this credit centralization issue through the BAFIA legislation. He also called for clear legal definitions around directors, their loan rights, and the separation of banking and business roles to ensure financial integrity and transparency.
