विश्व बैंकको 'ग्रेड' अध्ययनसँग यी प्रारम्भिक तथ्यांकहरूलाई मिलाएर छिट्टै नै एकैखालको साझा प्रतिवेदन सार्वजनिक गर्ने तयारी सरकारको छ। बाढीले ठूलो आर्थिक क्षति पुर्‍याए पनि कुन क्षेत्रमा कति क्षति भयो र पुनर्निर्माणका लागि कति रकम आवश्यक पर्छ भन्ने यकिन विवरण यही साझा प्रतिवेदनपछि मात्र बाहिर आउनेछ। प्रतिवेदनको अन्तिम निष्कर्ष आएलगत्तै सरकारले तत्कालीन राहत वितरण, पुनःस्थापना, आवश्यक लगानीको स्रोत सुनिश्चितता तथा विकास साझेदारहरूसँगको कूटनीतिक समन्वयलाई तीव्र पार्ने जनाएको छ।Once the final details of the disaster damages are ready, the government will base its plans for immediate relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction on them. This report will also serve as the foundation for determining the scale of investment required for reconstruction and for mobilizing resources. After finalizing the exact state of damage and required funds, the government intends to coordinate with development partners and friendly nations for assistance. While initial estimates showed severe economic damage, exact sectoral impacts and reconstruction costs will only become clear following this joint report.

बैंकिङ क्षेत्रमा अधिक तरलता : सस्तो ब्याजदरमै आन्तरिक ऋण उठाउँदै सरकारExcess Liquidity in the Banking Sector: Government Raises Domestic Debt at Cheaper Interest Rates

सरकारले चालु आर्थिक वर्षमा कुल ४ खर्ब १० अर्ब रुपैयाँ आन्तरिक ऋण उठाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ, जसअन्तर्गत भदौ २४ गते थप १० अर्बको 'विकास ऋणपत्र–२०८८' निष्कासन हुँदैछ। बजेट घाटा पूर्ति गर्न आन्तरिक ऋणलाई प्रमुख स्रोत बनाउँदै गएको सरकारको कुल सार्वजनिक ऋण भने २९ खर्ब ७६ अर्ब ३३ करोड (कुल गार्हस्थ्य उत्पादनको ४५.१० प्रतिशत) पुगिसकेको छ। एकातिर राजस्व संकलन सुस्त हुनु र अर्कोतिर सार्वजनिक ऋण दायित्व ३० खर्ब नजिक पुग्नुले आगामी दिनमा सरकारलाई ऋणको साँवा–ब्याज भुक्तानी व्यवस्थापन चुनौतीपूर्ण बन्ने सरोकारवालाहरूले औँल्याएका छन्।The government aims to raise a total of Rs 410 billion in domestic debt this fiscal year, including an issuance of Rs 10 billion through 'Development Bond-2088' on Bhadra 24. While the government increasingly relies on domestic borrowing to bridge the budget deficit, the country's total public debt has already reached Rs 2.97 trillion (45.10% of the GDP). Stakeholders warn that with sluggish revenue collection and public debt obligations nearing the Rs 3 trillion mark, managing principal and interest repayments will become a major challenge for the government in the coming days.

यस प्राप्ती प्रक्रियाको औपचारिक सुरुवातसँगै सम्बन्धित संस्थाहरूका संस्थापक तथा आधारभूत शेयरधनीहरूको शेयर कारोबार रोकिएको छ। नियमनकारी प्रावधान अनुसार मर्जर तथा एक्विजिसनको प्रारम्भिक चरण पूरा भएपछि बजारमा हुने शेयरको अनधिकृत चलखेल रोक्न कारोबार रोक्का गर्ने गरिन्छ। अब यी वित्तीय संस्थाहरूले संयुक्त रूपमा एकीकृत कारोबारको तयारी अगाडि बढाउनेछन्।Muktinath Development Bank Agrees to Acquire Janaki Finance and Sindhu Development Bank; Stock Trading Suspended In a move to expand its presence in the financial market, Muktinath Development Bank has advanced the process of acquiring two more institutions. Following an agreement to acquire Janaki Finance and Sindhu Development Bank, the board of directors of these banks formally decided on the acquisition during a meeting held on Bhadra 19. A preliminary memorandum of understanding (MoU) was also signed between the institutions on the same day. With the formal initiation of this acquisition process, share trading for the founders and core shareholders of the concerned institutions has been suspended. According to regulatory provisions, trading is suspended after completing the initial phase of merger and acquisition to prevent unauthorized stock manipulation in the market. These financial institutions will now proceed with preparations for unified joint operations.
