NEPSE has been instructed to formulate a clear and separate set of procedures detailing how information should be disseminated, under what circumstances trading should be halted, and the protocols for resuming trading during such crises. Additionally, SEBON has mandated NEPSE to submit regular progress updates and market surveillance reports to the board.
