डेटा सेन्टर र क्लाउड सेवा नै डिजिटल अर्थतन्त्रको मेरुदण्ड : क्यान महासंघ कम्प्युटर एसोसिएसन नेपाल महासंघ (क्यान महासंघ) का वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष चिरञ्जीवी अधिकारी ले डेटा सेन्टर र क्लाउड सेवालाई नेपालको डिजिटल अर्थतन्त्रको वास्तविक मेरुदण्डको रूपमा व्याख्या गर्नुभएको छ। बलियो डिजिटल पूर्वाधार बिना देशको डिजिटल रूपान्तरण सम्भव नहुने उहाँको भनाइ छ। शनिबार ललितपुरमा आयोजित ‘क्यान बीटुबी (B2B) समिट २०२५’ लाई सम्बोधन गर्दै अधिकारीले प्रविधि आज सुविधा मात्र नभई अर्थतन्त्रको प्राणवायु बनिसकेको उल्लेख गर्नुभयो। सुरक्षित डेटा भण्डारण र भरपर्दो क्लाउड पूर्वाधारको सुनिश्चितता नभए डिजिटल रूपान्तरणका प्रयास दीगो नहुने उहाँको धारणा थियो। डिजिटल पूर्वाधारमा लगानी अपरिहार्य रहेको उल्लेख गर्दै उहाँले स्टार्टअपदेखि ठूला उद्योगसम्मका लागि क्लाउड सेवा अत्यावश्यक भइसकेको बताउनुभयो। क्लाउड पूर्वाधारले सर्भर र सुरक्षामा लाग्ने ठूलो पुँजीगत खर्च घटाउने भएकाले उद्यमशीलता प्रवर्द्धनमा महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्ने उहाँको भनाइ थियो। इ–कमर्स, फिनटेक र आईटी सेवा निर्यातमा युवाहरूको आकर्षणलाई व्यवहारमा उतार्न पनि भरपर्दो क्लाउड संरचना अनिवार्य रहेको उहाँले जोड दिनुभयो।Data Centers and Cloud Services Are the Backbone of the Digital Economy: CAN Federation Lalitpur, Poush 5. Senior Vice President of the Computer Association of Nepal Federation (CAN Federation) Chiranjibi Adhikari has said that data centers and cloud services form the real backbone of Nepal’s digital economy, stressing that the country’s digital ambitions cannot be realized without strong and reliable digital infrastructure. Addressing the ‘CAN B2B Summit 2025’ held in Lalitpur on Saturday, Adhikari said technology has moved beyond being a mere convenience and has become the lifeblood of the modern economy. Without secure data storage and dependable cloud systems, he warned, efforts toward digital transformation would not be sustainable.
