राष्ट्र बैंकको एकीकृत निर्देशन संशोधन, कालोसूची र शाखा व्यवस्थापनमा लचकता काठमाडौं — नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूलाई जारी गर्दै आएको एकीकृत निर्देशन–२०८१ मा संशोधन र परिमार्जन गर्दै नयाँ निर्देशन लागू गरेको छ। बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था नियमन विभागका कार्यकारी निर्देशक रामु पौडेलले सोमबार संशोधित निर्देशन सार्वजनिक गरेका हुन्। नयाँ निर्देशनले गैर–बैंकिङ सम्पत्ति (धितो) सकार, नोक्सानी व्यवस्था, कालोसूची, तथा शाखा व्यवस्थापन सम्बन्धी व्यवस्थामा महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन गरेको छ।Nepal Rastra Bank Revises Unified Directive, Eases Blacklisting and Branch Merger Rules Kathmandu — Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has issued a revised and amended Unified Directive–2081, introducing significant changes in loan recovery procedures, blacklisting rules, and branch management for banks and financial institutions. The new directive was issued on Monday by Ramu Poudel, Executive Director of the Bank and Financial Institutions Regulation Department. The revised directive aims to make banking regulations more practical and flexible, particularly in response to economic slowdown, rising non-performing loans, and the growing role of digital banking.
