Among the 89 hydropower companies listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), 31 companies have reported negative earnings per share (EPS) — accounting for 34% of all listed hydropower firms. Sahas Urja Limited (SAHAS) recorded the highest EPS at Rs. 29.41 per share, showcasing strong earnings performance. गभर्नर डा. विश्वनाथ पौडेलको भनाइ : "शेयर बजार सम्पत्ति विविधीकरणको महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम हो" नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका गभर्नर डा. विश्वनाथ पौडेलले शेयर बजारप्रति आफ्नो सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण सार्वजनिक गर्दै यसलाई सम्पत्ति विविधीकरण (wealth diversification) को प्रभावकारी साधनका रूपमा लिनुपर्ने बताएका छन्। उनले शेयर बजारलाई भविष्यको सुरक्षाका लागि महत्त्वपूर्ण विकल्पका रूपमा लिएको उल्लेख गरे। गभर्नर पौडेलले भने, “शेयर बजारप्रति म सकारात्मक नै छु। तपाईंको साथमा पैसा भयो भने थोरै जग्गा किनिन्छ, थोरै सुन किनिन्छ, केही पैसा खातामा राखिन्छ र केही पैसा शेयर बजारमा लगानी गरिन्छ।” उनको भनाइमा बैंकको ब्याजदर र शेयर बजारबीच स्पष्ट सम्बन्ध हुन्छ। “जब ब्याजदर बढ्छ, शेयरको मूल्य घट्छ। ब्याजदर घट्यो भने शेयरको मूल्य बढ्छ। यसले मानिसले भविष्यको पूर्वानुमान गर्न सक्छन्,” गभर्नरले बताए। उनले सुन र जग्गाको उदाहरण दिँदै भने, “कहिलेकाहीँ सुन किनेर राखिएको सम्पत्ति संकटको बेलामा काम लाग्छ, त्यस्तै जग्गा पनि भविष्यका लागि उपयोगी हुन्छ। ठीक त्यस्तै, शेयर बजारमा लगानी गर्नु पनि दीर्घकालीन दृष्टिले लाभदायक हुन सक्छ।” डा. पौडेलले शेयर बजारमा पनि कहिलेकाहीँ जग्गाको जस्तै रातारात मूल्यवृद्धि हुने अवस्था देखापर्ने बताएका छन्। तर उनले शेयर बजारलाई नकारात्मक रूपमा हेर्नु आवश्यक नभएको पनि प्रष्ट पारे। “मैले शेयर बजारलाई सम्पत्ति विविधीकरणको एउटा इस्टुमेन्टका रूपमा हेरेको छु। त्यसैले, कोही पनि यसको बारेमा अनावश्यक रुपमा नराम्रो भन्नुपर्ने आवश्यक म देख्दिनँ,” गभर्नर पौडेलको स्पष्ट भनाइ थियो। उनको यस्तो भनाइले के स्पष्ट पार्छ भने नियामक निकाय स्वयंले अब शेयर बजारलाई अविश्वास वा जोखिमको क्षेत्र नभई, संरचित लगानीको क्षेत्रका रूपमा लिन थालेको छ। विशेष गरी बैंक ब्याजदर र पुँजी बजारबीचको सम्बन्धलाई प्रष्ट पार्दै उनले लगानीकर्तालाई दीर्घकालीन सोच बनाउन आग्रह गरेका छन्। विश्लेषकहरूका अनुसार गभर्नरको यस्तो दृष्टिकोणले आम लगानीकर्तामा विश्वास बढाउनेछ, र शेयर बजारलाई थप संस्थागत र स्थिर बनाउने दिशामा प्रेरणा दिनेछ।Governor Dr. Vishwanath Paudel: "Stock Market Is a Key Instrument for Wealth Diversification" Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Dr. Vishwanath Paudel has expressed a positive stance toward the stock market, emphasizing its role as a valuable tool for wealth diversification and future financial security.

निफ्राद्वारा हरित ऊर्जा ऋणपत्रको निष्कासन सुरु, पाँच अर्ब बराबरको लगानी अवसर काठमाडौं – नेपाल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर बैंक लिमिटेड (निफ्रा) ले ‘निफ्रा हरित ऊर्जा ऋणपत्र २०८८–८९’ नामक नयाँ ऋणपत्र निष्कासन आज जेठ १८ गतेदेखि औपचारिक रूपमा सुरु गरेको छ। बैंकले यो ऋणपत्रमार्फत कुल ५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको पूँजी संकलन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। बैंकले प्रति ऋणपत्र १,००० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा जम्मा ५० लाख कित्ता जारी गर्न लागेको हो। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट वैशाख ३० गते स्वीकृति प्राप्त भइसकेको यस योजनाअन्तर्गत, ३० लाख कित्ता ऋणपत्र व्यक्तिगत तवरमा लगानीकर्तालाई बिक्री गरिनेछ।NIFRA Launches Green Energy Bonds Worth Rs 5 Billion Kathmandu – Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has officially launched the issuance of its latest bond offering, “NIFRA Green Energy Bond 2088–89”, starting today, Jestha 18.
