शिखर पावर डेभलपमेन्टको आईपीओ बाँडफाँट, १ लाख ८४ हजार लगानीकर्ताले पाए १०–१० कित्ता काठमाडौं — शिखर पावर डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरेको आईपीओ मंगलबार बिहान बाँडफाँट गरिएको छ। बिक्री प्रबन्धक ग्लोबल आईएमई क्यापिटलका अनुसार बिहान ८ः३० बजे शेयर बाँडफाँट सम्पन्न गरिएको हो। बाँडफाँटमा कुल १ लाख ८४ हजार २६० जना आवेदकले १०–१० कित्ताका दरले शेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन्। कम्पनीको आईपीओमा अत्यधिक माग देखिएको थियो। कुल २७ लाख ६६ हजार ५१० जनाबाट आवेदन परेकोमा अन्तिम दिनसम्म ३ अर्ब ७ करोड ३९ लाख ६० हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको ३ करोड ७ लाख ३९ हजार ६०० कित्ताका लागि आवेदन परेको थियो।Shikhar Power Development IPO Allotted, 184,260 Investors Receive 10 Shares Each Kathmandu — Shikhar Power Development Limited has completed the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) issued to the general public. According to the issue manager, Global IME Capital, the share allotment was finalized on Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM. A total of 184,260 applicants were allotted shares, each receiving 10 units. The IPO witnessed overwhelming demand from investors, reflecting strong interest in hydropower sector stocks. In total, 2,766,510 applicants had applied for the offering. By the final day of the issue, applications worth Rs 3.07 billion had been received for 30.73 million shares, indicating a significant oversubscription compared to the number of shares available for the public.
