नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले माछापुच्छ्रे बैंकलाई अविमोच्य असञ्चित अग्राधिकार सेयर जारी गर्न अनुमति नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले माछापुच्छ्रे बैंकलाई ३ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको अविमोच्य असञ्चित अग्राधिकार सेयर (पीएनसीपीएस) निष्कासन गर्न अनुमति दिएको छ। यस स्वीकृतिका साथ बैंकले १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरका ३ करोड कित्ता सेयर जारी गर्नेछ। माछापुच्छ्रे बैंकले जारी गर्ने अग्राधिकार सेयरको लाभांश दर ८.२५ प्रतिशत तोकिएको छ, र यो लाभांश केवल बैंकको नाफामा रहेको वर्षमा मात्र वितरण गरिनेछ। सेयर निष्कासन र बिक्री व्यवस्थापनको जिम्मेवारी लक्ष्मी सनराइज क्यापिटलले पाएको छ। यससँगै माछापुच्छ्रे बैंक अविमोच्य असञ्चित अग्राधिकार सेयर जारी गर्ने पाँचौं वाणिज्य बैंक बनेको छ। यसअघि नबिल बैंक, एनएमबि बैंक, सिद्धार्थ बैंक र कामना सेवा विकास बैंकले पनि यस्तो सेयर निष्कासनका लागि अनुमति पाइसकेका छन्।Nepal Securities Board Grants Permission to Machhapuchchhre Bank for Issuing Non-Convertible Preference Shares The Nepal Securities Board has granted permission to Machhapuchchhre Bank to issue non-convertible preference shares (PNCPS) worth NPR 3 billion. With this approval, the bank will issue 30 million shares at a face value of NPR 100 each. The dividend rate for the preference shares to be issued by the bank is set at 8.25%, and this dividend will only be distributed in years when the bank has a profit. The responsibility for managing the issuance and sale of the shares has been assigned to Laxmi Sunrise Capital. With this, Machhapuchchhre Bank becomes the fifth commercial bank to issue non-convertible preference shares. Previously, banks such as Nabil Bank, NMB Bank, Siddhartha Bank, and Kamana Sewa Development Bank had already received permission for issuing such shares.

The interest rate for the deposit collection will be determined through the bidding process, and there will be a provision for multiple interest rates.
