साहस उर्जा लिमिटेड (SAHAS) ले २१ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र १.१०५३ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको छ। नगद हिस्सा कर प्रयोजनका लागि प्रयोग गरिनेछ। सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णय अनुसार बोनसपछि कम्पनीले १:१ अनुपातमा सय प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर जारी गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ। विद्युत नियमन आयोग र आगामी साधारण सभाको स्वीकृति पश्चात उक्त योजना कार्यान्वयन गरिनेछ र उठ्ने रकम नयाँ जलविद्युत् परियोजनामा लगानी गरिनेछ।Sahas Urja Limited (SAHAS) has proposed a 21% bonus share and a 1.1053% cash dividend to its shareholders, with the cash portion intended for tax purposes. The Board of Directors made the decision on 24th Kartik 2082. After the bonus distribution, the company plans to issue 100% right shares in a 1:1 ratio, subject to approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the upcoming AGM. The proceeds will be invested in new hydropower projects.
