नेपालका पाँच प्रमुख सेयर लगानीकर्ता संघहरूले संयुक्त रूपमा नेप्सेलाई पत्र बुझाउँदै हालै संशोधित विनियमावली फिर्ता लिन, सरोकारवालासँग परामर्श गरी मात्र लागू गर्न, तथा आईपीओ प्रिमियम र बुक बिल्डिङ्ग विधि अस्थायी रूपमा स्थगित गर्न माग गरेका छन्। साथै, विधायन ऐन २०८१ अनुसार सबै सरोकारवालाको सहभागिता सुनिश्चित गर्नुपर्ने र मनपरी ढंगले कानून संशोधन नगर्न आग्रह गर्दै माग पूरा नभए कानूनी उपचारमा जाने चेतावनी दिएका छन्।Five major investor associations in Nepal have jointly urged NEPSE to withdraw the recently amended regulation, implement laws only after stakeholder consultation, and temporarily suspend IPO premium and book-building practices. They also called for mandatory stakeholder participation in lawmaking as per the Legislation Act 2081 and warned of legal action if their demands are not met.
