काठमाडौं । नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले बजारमा अधिक तरलता भएपछि आज बैंकिङ प्रणालीबाट ४० अर्ब रुपैयाँ निक्षेप संकलनमार्फत खिच्ने भएको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकले २१ दिनका लागि दिउँसो ३ बजे बोलकबोल गर्ने जनाएको छ भने न्यूनतम १० करोड रुपैयाँदेखि बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाले ब्याजदर उल्लेख गरेर आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। सावाँ र ब्याज भुक्तानी बैशाख २ गते हुने जनाइएको छ।Kathmandu: The Nepal Rastra Bank has decided to withdraw Rs 40 billion from the banking system today after excess liquidity increased in the market. The central bank will conduct a 21-day deposit collection auction at 3:00 PM, where banks and financial institutions can participate by quoting the amount and interest rate. The principal and interest will be repaid on Baisakh 2.

The benchmark index gained 23.83 points to reach 2,960.40. However, total market turnover slightly declined compared to Monday and stood at around Rs. 14.83 billion. Five stocks hit the positive circuit level during the session, while Radhi Bidyut Company recorded the highest turnover. Out of 13 sub-groups, 8 indices increased while 5 declined.

काठमाडौं। नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरण का अनुसार चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को फागुन मसान्तसम्म निर्जीवन बीमा कम्पनीहरूले ३१ अर्ब ७० करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी बीमाशुल्क आर्जन गरेका छन्, जुन गत वर्षको सोही अवधिको तुलनामा १३.११ प्रतिशतले बढी हो। १४ कम्पनीमध्ये शिखर इन्स्योरेन्स अग्रस्थानमा रहेको छ भने सगरमाथा लुम्बिनी इन्स्योरेन्स र हिमालयन एभरेष्ट इन्स्योरेन्स क्रमशः दोस्रो र तेस्रो स्थानमा छन्। समग्र बीमा व्यवसायसँगै लघु निर्जीवन बीमामा पनि उल्लेख्य वृद्धि देखिएको छ।Kathmandu: According to the Nepal Insurance Authority, non-life insurance companies in Nepal earned more than Rs 31.70 billion in premiums by the end of Falgun in the current fiscal year 2082/83, an increase of 13.11 percent compared to the same period last year. Among the 14 companies, Shikhar Insurance ranked first, followed by Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance and Himalayan Everest Insurance in second and third positions. The data also shows a notable rise in micro non-life insurance along with overall business growth.

Retaining walls and pavements are being built in landslide-prone areas. Physical progress so far is 7 percent.

काठमाडौँ । १२ सय मेगावाट क्षमताको बुढीगण्डकी जलविद्युत् आयोजनाको लगानी मोडालिटी मन्त्रिपरिषद्ले स्वीकृत गरेसँगै आयोजना निर्माण प्रक्रिया अघि बढेको छ। मुख्य निर्माण कार्य २०८४ पुसदेखि सुरु गर्ने योजना बनाइएको छ भने जग्गा अधिग्रहणको काम करिब पूरा भइसकेको छ। चालु आर्थिक वर्षमा ४६ करोड रुपैयाँ बजेट विनियोजन गरिएको छ र आयोजना ३० प्रतिशत स्वपुँजी तथा ७० प्रतिशत ऋण लगानीमा निर्माण हुने छ।Kathmandu. The main construction work is planned to begin from Poush 2084 (around January 2028), while land acquisition has almost been completed. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. The company’s 15.33 MW Kalangagad Hydropower Project has been in commercial operation since Magh 27, 2079.

चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/०८३ को पहिलो ८ महिनामा नेपाल मा ६ हजार ४०० वटा विद्युतीय गाडी (ईभी) भित्रिएका छन् । भन्सार विभागका अनुसार यस अवधिमा १४ अर्ब ९६ करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको ईभी आयात हुँदा ९ अर्ब ११ करोड रुपैयाँ राजस्व उठेको छ । सबैभन्दा धेरै ईभी चीन बाट (६९ प्रतिशत) भित्रिएका छन् भने भारत दोस्रो स्थानमा रहेको छ (२३ प्रतिशत) । अन्य केही ईभी थाइल्याण्ड, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका, जर्मनी, दक्षिण कोरिया लगायतका देशबाट पनि आयात भएका छन् ।In the first eight months of the current fiscal year 2025/26, Nepal imported 6,400 electric vehicles worth Rs 14.96 billion, generating Rs 9.11 billion in customs revenue. नेपालमा बढ्दो आयात निर्भरता कारण व्यापार घाटा झन् बढ्दै गएको छ। चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को फागुन मसान्तसम्म कुल करिब १४ खर्ब ४० अर्ब रुपैयाँको वैदेशिक व्यापार हुँदा करिब ११ खर्ब रुपैयाँ घाटा भएको छ। भारत र चीनसँग सबैभन्दा ठूलो व्यापार घाटा देखिएको छ भने इन्धन, भटमास तेल र खाद्यान्न (विशेषगरी चामल) आयात उच्च रहेको छ। निर्यात भने सीमित रूपमा भटमास तेल, अलैँची र कार्पेटमा केन्द्रित रहेको छ।Nepal’s trade deficit is widening due to rising import dependency. By mid-March of the current fiscal year, total foreign trade reached around NPR 14.40 trillion, with a deficit of nearly NPR 11 trillion. The largest deficits are with India and China, while imports are dominated by fuel, soybean oil, and food items like rice. Exports remain limited, mainly consisting of soybean oil, cardamom, and carpets.

चैत ९ गते सोमबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य घटेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार यस दिन सुनको मूल्य एकैदिन प्रतितोला ६ हजार ५०० रुपैयाँले घट्दै २ लाख ७५ हजार ५०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। आइतबार भने सुन प्रतितोला २ लाख ८२ हजार रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भएको थियो। त्यस्तै, चाँदीको मूल्य पनि तोलामा ११५ रुपैयाँले घट्दै प्रतितोला ४ हजार ४२५ रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो दिन ४ हजार ५४० रुपैयाँ रहेको थियो।Gold and silver prices fell in the Nepali market on Monday, Chaitra 9. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold dropped by Rs 6,500 per tola and is currently being traded at Rs 275,500 per tola, down from Rs 282,000 on Sunday. Similarly, silver prices also declined by Rs 115 per tola and are now being traded at Rs 4,425 per tola, compared to Rs 4,540 per tola a day earlier.

स्नो रिभर्स लिमिटेड ले आज (चैत ९ गते) देखि आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि आईपीओ निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। कम्पनीले ९३ करोड ७५ लाख रुपैयाँ जारी पूँजीको २० प्रतिशत बराबर १८ लाख ७५ हजार कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्न लागेको हो। यसमध्ये ९ लाख ३७ हजार ५०० कित्ता शेयर स्थानीय बासिन्दाका लागि र ९३ हजार ७५० कित्ता शेयर विदेशमा कार्यरत नेपालीहरूका लागि छुट्याइएको छ। कम्पनीले १३.५ मेगावाट क्षमताको सुपर काबेली खोला ‘ए’ जलविद्युत आयोजना सञ्चालन गरिरहेको छ भने आईपीओको बिक्री प्रबन्धक सानिमा क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।Snow Rivers Limited has opened its IPO from today (Chaitra 9) for local residents of the project-affected areas and Nepalis working abroad. The company is issuing 1.875 million shares, which is 20 percent of its issued capital of Rs. 93.75 crore. Out of the total shares, 937,500 units are allocated for local residents and 93,750 units for Nepali citizens working abroad. The company is operating the 13.5 MW Super Kabeli Khola ‘A’ Hydropower Project, and the IPO issue and sales manager is Sanima Capital Limited.
