The company informed that several shareholders have filed applications requesting duplicate share certificates after losing their original ones. According to the notice, “If any individual or institution has a legal claim over the mentioned share certificates, they are requested to submit a written application with valid proof to Kumari Capital Limited, Nagpokhari, Naxal, Kathmandu within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of this notice.
