२ दिनको लगातार गिरावटपछि सोमबार नेप्से परिसूचक १२.९१ अंक बढेर २७६२.७४ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। सेन्सेटिभ, फ्लोट र सेन्सेटिभ फ्लोट इन्डेक्स पनि क्रमशः ४.०२, १.२९ र १.६१ अंकले बढेका छन्। तर कारोबार रकम अघिल्लो दिनको तुलनामा घटेर ५ अर्ब १० करोड रुपैयाँमा सीमित रह्यो। कम्पनीगत हिसाबमा हिम स्टार उर्जाको शेयर ६% भन्दा बढीले बढ्दा सहकार्य लघुवित्त र विकास हाइड्रोपावर क्रमशः ७.६८% र करिब ५% ले घटे। उपसमूहतर्फ बैंकिङ उपसमूह १.६२% ले बढ्दै अगाडि रह्यो भने व्यापार उपसमूह १.१५% ले घट्दै पछाडि रह्यो। After two consecutive days of decline, the NEPSE index gained 12.91 points to close at 2762.74 on Monday. The Sensitive, Float, and Sensitive Float indices also rose by 4.02, 1.29, and 1.61 points, respectively. However, trading turnover fell to NPR 5.10 billion compared to the previous day. On the stock front, Himal Star Energy gained over 6%, while Sahakarya Laghubitta and Vikas Hydropower dropped by 7.68% and nearly 5%. Among the sub-indices, the Banking sector led with a 1.62% rise, while the Trading sector recorded the biggest loss at 1.15%.

सूचना समयमा नपठाएपछि अपर स्याङ्गे हाइड्रोपावरको सेयर कारोबार स्थगन नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) ले अपर स्याङ्गे हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडको सेयर कारोबार स्थगन गरेको छ। कम्पनीले सेयर मूल्यमा प्रत्यक्ष असर पार्ने सूचना समयमा सार्वजनिक नगरेपछि नेप्सेले कम्पनीलाई स्पष्टिकरण सोध्दै यस्तो निर्णय गरेको हो। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको भदौ ११ गते बसेको बैठकले १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गर्ने प्रस्तावसहित नवौँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा असोज ९ गते आयोजना गर्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो। तर सो निर्णय कम्पनीले नेप्सेमा भदौ १६ गते मात्र पठाएको थियो। धितोपत्र सूचीकरण विनियमावली, २०७५ को विनियम २२(१) अनुसार सेयर मूल्यमा प्रत्यक्ष प्रभाव पार्ने निर्णय वा सूचना सोही दिन वा भोलिपल्ट बजार खुल्नुअघि नेप्सेमा अनिवार्य पठाउनुपर्ने व्यवस्था छ। यस प्रावधान उल्लंघन गरेको भन्दै नेप्सेले कम्पनीको कारोबार रोक्का गरी ३ कार्यदिनभित्र कारण स्पष्ट गर्न निर्देशन दिएको छ।NEPSE Suspends Trading of Upper Syange Hydropower Shares for Delay in Disclosure The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has suspended trading of Upper Syange Hydropower Limited after the company failed to disclose price-sensitive information on time. The company’s board meeting held on Bhadra 11 (August 27) had decided to hold its 9th Annual General Meeting on Ashoj 9 (September 25) with an agenda to issue 100% rights shares. However, the company only submitted this decision to NEPSE on Bhadra 16 (September 1).

The company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 29,05,000 shares, equivalent to 35% of its issued capital of NPR 830 million, at a face value of NPR 100 per share. In the earlier phase, the company had already allocated 830,000 shares to project-affected locals and 207,500 shares to Nepali citizens working abroad with labor approval. साताको पहिलो कारोबार दिन आइतबार शेयर बजार घटेर बन्द भएको छ। नेप्से परिसूचक ३१.१७ अंकले घट्दै २७४९.८३ विन्दुमा पुगेको छ भने कारोबार रकम पनि घटेर करिब ६ अर्ब ६ करोडमा सीमित भएको छ। ३२१ स्टकमा ९७ हजारभन्दा बढी पटकको कारोबारमार्फत १ करोड ४८ लाख कित्ता शेयर किनबेच भएको छ। सबै १३ उपसमूह घटेका छन्, जसमा विकास बैंक १.५९% ले सबैभन्दा बढी घटेको छ। नेपाल पुनर्बीमा कम्पनी करिब ४५ करोडको कारोबारसहित अग्रस्थानमा रह्यो।On Sunday, the first trading day of the week, the NEPSE index dropped by 31.17 points to close at 2,749.83. The move comes as a Rs. 50 billion deposit, earlier absorbed on Shrawan 4, matures today. Banks and financial institutions have been facing a persistent liquidity surplus for a long time. Despite continuously declining interest rates, loan disbursement has remained sluggish. To manage this, NRB has repeatedly been pulling funds from the banking system. Within just one and a half months of the current fiscal year, the central bank has already absorbed Rs. 378.10 billion in liquidity.

On the previous trading day, gold was priced at Rs. 200,600 per tola. Silver also saw a sharp rise, setting a new record. Its price increased by Rs. 65 per tola, reaching Rs. 2,425 per tola on Sunday. On the previous day, silver was traded at Rs. 2,360 per tola. The Federation confirmed that both gold and silver prices have now reached their highest levels in history.

The Board has set a condition that the interest rate must be above 3 percent. Interested Class “A” commercial banks are required to submit their proposals, including the amount they wish to take and the offered interest rate, to the Board’s Economic Administration Division by 3 PM on Bhadra 22. The application form for submission will be available on the Board’s official website.

Issuing a notice, NRB informed that the facility has been arranged for the general public as well as various organizations during regular banking transactions within the mentioned period. As per NRB, fresh banknotes can be exchanged through its provincial offices located in Biratnagar, Janakpur, Birgunj, Pokhara, Siddharthanagar, Nepalgunj, and Dhangadhi, along with licensed Class A, B, and C banks and financial institutions. This arrangement is expected to meet the high demand for new and fresh banknotes during the Dashain festival.
